well its all good you people who can request and get get mac codes to get out but it doesnt help none of us like me who might now be stuck in this all as i for one cannot afford to pay a new server and clode both its beyond my fianancial means im on dissabillity benefits and its very tight for me to exist not alone pay both none of the you can get and im off else where helps me or others unless if it come to anything you all that are migrating or running are prepared to stay around and help with any fight that persue!!! if not redten beat you and you have no care they have !!!

I 100% agree with you - thats why I feel EVEN IF YOU LEAVE REDTEN - we all have a moral obligation to contribute to any PR/legal campaign that is setup to GET US ALL OUT OF THESE CLODE AGREEMENTS.

I feel a huge sense of injustice and betrayal. At the very least RT have not honoured the spirit of their agreements and, as I believe, they have broken them.

So even if you migrate please continue to check this forum and please join/contribute to any campaign that is eventually esablished - as not everyone can afford to pay clode and a new net provider.

Hope this helps!

"Duncan the contact us button has beenm removed as all contact was coming through to us as opposed to REDTEN, ni order to contact redten please use the email address sales@redteninternet.com or the number 0844 482 00 00"

So you wont be getting any answers to any emails submitted via npj's "members area".
• Spoke to Ofcom!!!!! They're going to be a waste of time!!! I don't think there's any interest in our plight from that lot!

I don't see any reason why we have to go the PR way. They are in breach of contract, thats simple! Such things can be sorted out in court. I don't want to keep their PC and run away, all I demand is unlimited service as per contract.
If there are londoners happy to take it to the court lets discuss it on HUKD. I think we have 100% win in such case, too many customers fed up with redten and remember we always will be able to leave and just pay clode....

lets see their level of intrest when their getting interview and comment requests from the sun and watchdog.

Bottom line is if these stupid caps aren't removed soon then a campaign will be launched, donnations will be sought and a top PR agency will make the lives of RT and Ofcom and clode sheer hell by generating mainstream press stories via human intrest news stories from redten suffers.

Many people can't afford to pay off clode or pay clode and another ISP.

I believe this cap is a deliberate attempt to shed customers to cut costs by redten.

They will not get away it.

I've managed to get through on the Support line, and have been asked to email care@redteninternet.com. Has anybody had a reply when using this email address?

1. They want us to sue - they can dragg it out for years and months; and via attrition. That said I applaud anyone taking legal action.

2. I too would be happy with unlimited service.

3. Many of us cannot afford to payoff clode.

4. Some redten customers are very wealthy and willing and able to fund very high profile PR action. I know of 1 such customer who is today talking to a top, well known, london PR agency.

If redten are reading this then I would strongly advise them to remove these caps or tell clode to free us for free from these contracts.

The poor who rely on this deal cannot afford to pay off clode and they must be defended from an obvious cost cutting measure by redten.

no noone has! Ask them WHY IS THERE NOW A CAP WHEN WE BOUGHT UNLIMITED SERVICE AND NPJ SAY REDTEN PUT ON THE CAP?
