yes true but it does matter redten are realy in breach if they are throttling everyones conections and placing caps its in thier terms that they only do that to customers that do not follow the fair usage policy and err thats staes unlimited no caps doesnt it!!! so does matter in a way they say still till now its unlimited well thats a lie is it not hope some one has any of what they have said about it still being uncapped service in email or what ever form that can be used because i think clode are shaking now as we have ammunition and it IS clodes responsibillity to chase them up and get what we are not getting and i also feel it should be on clodes head that they seeks any compansation from redten on lack of service and sorts as well redten have breached with them have they not by not even sorting out the fianance side of things truthfully which makes it illigal does it not!

Agreed, so explain to me why my post about going to Watchdog was removed???

We may need to take action and if we can't decide that here then we need to try somewhere else where we may be able to do that.

I assume there's no problem with posting the link then? I have e-mailed the abuse team but haven't had a reply.

Why dont we arrange for as many customers of Redten in the area of Redten's offices gather at a specific time and place then visit them on mass to have our questions answered face to face.

huh they must be there they have replied to my questions on the members area but i cannot access this funtion even the contact button itself has been removed now so it seems what a joke!!! they have sent automated email response to say they have answered but derr cant access it this is the pits so now no phone answers on any number and no reply to any emails and now no way of even getting answers on member contact function !! and to repeat myself again what a "JOKE" i reckon i could run this country better than they could run just the customers services they are supposed to supply !!! and god if i couldnt do a better job on the country than they do on the services then damn we are all doomed !!!
