im sure that fair usage page on njp that disappeared said you have to talk to them if you get restricted

yeh they'l be hiding in a corner with phones ringing off the hook and emails coming in.
im gona try find out if i can cancel for that £30 disconnection fee as im only broadband glad they didnt have any pcs now!!!

I'll be contacting them tomorrow morning, need to be off the phone at 10am for my call from Clode. Might ring redten after Clode ring me. Got a funny feeling that Clode won't bother to call so I'll be calling them at 11am.

Will let you know how I get on, not sure what info I'll be able to get as I'm not connected yet so they might not let me know anything seeing as it'll be about other people's accounts.

I'm still not back online in any form. Rang Orange last Saturday to transfer to them, they accepted the MAC but am still not online yet - either with Redten or Orange.

I'm so annoyed. Am currently using my phone as a modem and running up massive Orange mobile internet bills.

I really would like Martin or someone with some kind of authority and knowledge to get behind us on this. I've now used the MAC (due to the only notification of loss of service being the "walled-garden" from BT which scared me into changing providers) so I haven't got a clue what to do. Will continue paying Clode for now, but hoping someone can sort something out to get us out of it, its not fair for BT to tell us to move and then expect us to keep paying the old ISP aswell...
