well after firstly being offered either 10.40 off for each month for 6 months or 15 off for 3 months I called back and was offered....nothing! There was no way I was going to accept the first offers. I cancelled sports and movies and saved 27.50 a month. What I will do now though is, call cancellations and say how I am not impressed by the fct that its a 'lucky dip as to what offers you do get. Depends on who answers the call. Hardly fair. Offers should be available to everyone. I have been with sky almost 10 years now so think some discount would be nice.

My HD contract takes me up to just before xmas so can't say i'll cancel until nearly the end of november.

My cousin has bt vision, ok so not as many channels as sky but they seem to cope. She pays about 7.00 a month compared to my 80!

the fact that you are unable to cancel due to being in contract would have stopped you from being offered cancellation deals

I think perhaps I should have tried this department instead of customer services who offered nothing at all !!, I am out of contract with them ...

I am moving house shortly and there is no sky dish there. Can I cancel my sky at my old address and then become a new customer at the new house?

i just phoned and got mine for half price for 6 months. im really happy with that thanks op.
