Are people getting the half price on their complete package (phone + broadband + TV), or just the TV? My year is up in a months time, I was already planning to call and cancel the lot this Thursday and have now just seen this thread. If they could halve the price of the complete package, I would stay.

Mine was only the TV pack, the HD package stayed at £10

The guy I just spoke to said the only way i could reduce my costs is by moving my line rental and broadband over to sky... not happy!!

Thanks OP. My old box has had a few niggles for a while. Just rang to cancel and was offered free HD box and installation. I'm on the basic package, no extras.
