Ive just tried that number and its a message saying ' This offer has now ended, if you wish to reinstate your sky without this offer call 08442 41 41 41' and then it cuts off!
I cancelled in April after they offered me 25% off for a year in December and a free Sky+ box, I refused the box but accepted the 25% off for 12 months offer, they never discounted my account so I contacted them in January and they said they would credit £120 to my account and discount me 25% for the next 12 months, no discount (or credit) was received during Feb or March so I cancelled (they even took another £49 in April!!), only received one letter so far for a free Sky+ box, which I dont want.0 -
I have the full package with sky, full tv package, broadband and home phone. Called to cancel some of the tv packages and to see if they would offer any discounts. They offered nothing, really disappointed in their lack of customer service! Virgin don't do TV in my area so not sure what else I can do.Getting married August 2012! :j0

Has anyone been able to get an offer with jusy sky TV. I have a 4 pack plus HD and don't want anything else. I've tried a couple of times to cancel but just been asked if I want to reduce the package or they have just gone on to process the cancellation. I've asked if they'd offer me anything but it's always no. Do I need to be spending more to get an offer?0

Ok thanks, I'll keep ringing then. Just out of 12 month contract (well in 30 days) that worked out better than half price so don't want to pay full.0

Telephoned this morning but they said no offers and tried to sell me broadband etc ,i will have to try again in few days time.0
