It's probably a good idea to press ahead with invites if you're busy ieimimiai - we've had a couple of people say they appreciated the early notice so they could book leave given the Jubilee/Olympic build-up.

I've made a bit of progress on the music front as I've decided what I want our friend to play before the ceremony, kinda had a few thoughts about the background music during the cocktail hour/wedding breakfast too, just stuck on what to walk down the aisle to & what we want just after we've got married!

I'm hoping to set aside some time this weekend to work on our invitations as I really need to get cracking with them, think I might skip Save the Dates too as I don't think they'll be ready at a decent time, the invitations will be out soon after lol.

Hope everyone else is getting on ok?

Hi brixham!
I've been a bit quiet on the wedding planning front recently. Stamped all my candle holders with our details and went to a ceilidh with the band we're having but that's it.
Reason is becuase the OH has been having phone interviews with a company near Wales and the pay is nearly double what he's on at the moment, but it would mean selling our house and moving, and I'd have to get a new job or transfer with our company internally. Good thing is that I could go part-time if I wanted but I hate not knowing what's happening at the moment because his final interview isn't until October! He even decided to wind me by telling me we'd have to postpone the wedding. When he saw my reaction he burst out laughing - men!
