We've managed to get £73.50 out of them, but when I looked over the figures again I realised we should actually be getting £265 from them as she's messed up other costs again & is still refusing to give in on a cost we never agreed. Going to cash this cheque & then explain/complain & hope the rest comes swiftly!! :idea:Debt at July 2012: £12,862.57 :eek:
