We have venue booked and caterers but nothing else!

Yay, finally a June 2012 thread! 4th of June for us, on the jubilee weekend. Way behind where we thought we'd be planning wise because our venue is dragging it's heels - we booked in September & they still haven't taken a deposit off us yet or given us a price! Still, a strongly worded letter is headed their way very soon so watch this space. Hate the thought that we may have to start venue hunting all over again

I'm 23rd June

I'm doing my own cake so that's sorted, my friend is going my invites & any other stationery plus i'm hiring her table plan & wishing well for the cards. Erm what else...that's it! Should I have done more by now? :rotfl: Oh I may have a photographer actually, meeting her at the end of the month for something business related so we're going to discuss it then.

Haven't even looked at venues yet, will get to that in a few months when we've saved enough for deposits.

Still negotiating on venue. Our wedding is hopefully 2nd June, which I think is the bank hol weekend (long one!)

I was thinking, maybe because it is a 4 day weekend I need to send out save the dates a bit earlier. What do others think?

Hi everyone, I'm 2nd June.

I'm sooo glad to be able to start planning things properly, I've had a long engagement (got engaged xmas day 2009). Although, I did book my venue last year with it being an extra long Bank Holiday weekend.

Oh and Becca, I think I'm going to send out my save the dates a bit earlier than the usual.

i'm getting married on 16th june (he proposed my my birthday 23rd and didnt want to get married on that day!)

have booked hotel & church and just thinking about favours and honeymoons
