Not tried any dresses yet - I need to lose my baby weight first.... at least 2 hopefully 3 stones of it! Don't want to try any until I'm back to where I used to be! Saying that though, there's nothing like a little bit of wedding dress !!!!!! to cheer me up!! How bout you?0

Yeah I tried on loads last summer with friends at wedding fayres, then went to a few bridal shops - was only looking for ideas/prices. And I found "the one" and it was 30% off so I bought it!
I picked it up in December and can't resist getting it out and looking at it every so often

It's something like Plum so deep purple, then silver and ivory (my dress is ivory).

Most registrars will let you book your ceremony as far ahead as you like... you just can't make an appointment to give your notices for marriage until 12 months before your ceremony - preferably nearer the time as they're only valid for 12 months (just in case something happens and you have to postpone for some reason!)
