Planning for a long weekend with friends at ours, and prepping food in advance.
If I assemble shepherd's pie on a Thursday (cook my mince mixture, put it in the bowl and top with mash but not oven-bake it), will it keep happily in the fridge until Sunday when I'll just bake it? I don't want to kill my guests.0
