Definitely use it, it will be fine.
I `ve been known to freeze it if its going OOD but don`t often remember in time
Have to laugh really as i`ve found some parsnips in the fridge today with a BB date of 11th December last year. Guess i`ll be making stew or soup soon but they will last for a while longer yet. I generally ignore dates unless its something like pork or poultry and even then a couple of days over is usually fine.
SDPlanning on starting the GC again soon0 -
Defiantly would use it!We spend money we don't have, on things that we don't need, to impress people we don't like. I don't and I'm happy! Mortgage Free Wannabe :dance:Overpayments Made: £5400 - Interest Saved: £11,550 - Months Saved: 240

I would definitely use it unless of course it smells as it it's gone off.
I must confess that I often use stuff after the end date - if something's gone off you can usually tell either by the smell or look/texture of it. I live on my own and it's not always possible to eat everything by the use by date.0 -
My parents have a girl who cleans for them once a week, she threw everything out of the fridge that had gone past its sell by date, some of it by just one day. Boy was my Dad mad!! (He's 92 and even he knows that it's a guide).0

I have used it loads of times past the date with no problems.:dance:Sometimes I sing and dance around the house in my underwear. Doesn't make me Madonna. Never will. :dance:0

Supermarket Stilton is sold too young IMHO, so on 3 Jan it would only just be becoming edibleScrape off any mould
and eat it.
