Is it safe to warm in the microwave after it has defrosted ? ThanksLow Carb High Fat is the way forward I lost 80 lbs
Since first using Martins I have saved thousands0 -
normally i would cook meat once, and reheat once - whether it's been frozen in between or not. So following those rules it should be fine providing it is piping hot and heated right through
Ill merge with food safety later
