    Is it best before rather than use by? If so then open it and see, off UHT curdles separates if you put it in a drink.

    i hoping someone could help me

    i have a full packet of sausages that have a use by date of today.

    if i cooked them today and cooled them and put them in the fridge would i be able to re-heat them tomorrow.

    I'm not sure about rehaeating them.
    But I like to grill them and put them in the fridge overnight then slice them longways to make my sandwiches for work with :)

    Yup, as long as you cook them well, cool quickly and re-heat all the way through tomorrow.

    If I ever have any cooked sausages left over I reheat them chopped up the next night in a tomato sauce to go with pasta, we're all still alive.:D

    i have also just used some chicken up by making a tikka masala how long do you think i could keep it in the fridge for, its used by date was also today.
  • I'd cook the sausages from fresh tomorrow - they'll then be at ideal-breeding-temp for bugs for the least amount of time :)

    I went to get things from fridge to make a pie and the pastry is dated 08 jan, will it be ok to use?
    TOTAL 44 weeks lose. 6st 9.5lb :T
