  • I have done the same before now and would eat it, but make sure I reheated it very thoroughly. If it was off I reckon it would taste pretty vile. My kitchen is fairly cool though.

    thanks everyone, it still smells and looks like vinegar so i think i'll still use it, i was tempted to throw it down the sink with some bicarb to freshen it up, theres no date even on my wee bottle it's been reused that many times, this was the big bottle i filled it with which i think i've had for ages cause i only ever use vinegar on my chips and i'm the only one that uses it so we've had it for ages lol

  • Vinegar can go off no problem. Nice drop in the bottom of pastic bottle, bit of Bicarbonate in the lid, balloon on the nipple. Shake and pop goes the weasel

    Mind you I have cooked a risotto .. left it out over night .. and most of the next day ...& had it cold for lunch with no harmful effects (many times) but I know this is a huge no no!

    as long as you heat it through properly i would also eat it would not let it go to waste
