  • So cute mv, although I love it more at this age now when t is all smiles, laughing and getting more sleep!! I am still so hungry bfing and used to have flapjacks in the night, def go for finger food and that is where a DH comes into their own on a night to get you drinks/food. I said to DH once we are saving money by bfing, he says that it costs more to feed me then to use formula!

Me too :( I am so very, very broody. Very very, very broody.

Me too :o But he said no way :(

Been to Josh's parents night after school. He's doing really well in all his lessons. He needs to be a bit more organised and less silly at times though.

Also had a word with James tutor as his behaviour has been pants at home. His tutor was surprised and said he's not aware of any bad behaviour in school. He's going to have a chat with some other teachers and a word with James and ring me later in the week for a chat. No idea why he's being so naughty at home.

Me three, but we can't afford it! :(

Morning all. Not much going on here. MIL is coming down to see Finn and look after him for a couple hours while DH skirts off to an interview. Also, a job he interviewed for 6 months ago has opened up again, so fingers crossed we'll see something positive from all this. He hates his job at the moment and it's causing him major stress which makes another condition even worse.

No luck so far getting Finn to use his new walker, he's WAY more interested in just turning it upside down and banging it on the floor. :p

MV, beautiful photo! Here's one of Sam looking like a slobby slob:

Been advised to take him to A&E today, he's been throwing up his 10pm feed and his breathing seems really laboured, he also seems to choke on his milk quite a lot. I've just checked his bottles and a couple of them are actually for 1m+ (he's 19 days old) so I'm going to stop using those for a while to see if that helps but will also go to A&E and see what they say - I think he might have reflux.

Lovely photo Lilian, hope Sam's ok xxx

Good luck with the interview Mr Aless :)

Miss M has taken to pinching me whenever she notices I'm not looking at her :( even if she was doing something that didn't require me to be helping or watching. I am going to go and throw her about a bit and see if that makes her enjoy herself a bit more ;)

OMG My little chubby cheeked baby weighs nearly 20lbs!!! No wonder her 6-9mth clothes are all starting to seem tight/small on her. I have just put a 9-12mth top on her and it fits perfectly, I think a sort out of her drawers are in order and then next week I will have to go shopping and scout out some bargains......

My DD was 1 last Thursday and we took her to be weighed. She was 22lbs 7ozs - no wonder I struggle to carry her upstairs at night sometimes.

We were told to put her on cows milk and get rid of the bottle - anyone any ideas on how to do this? Personally, I don't think she will drink from a cup at bedtime. She currently has a bottle with the remainder of her brekky milk in and a cup for juice at lunch and tea then a bottle at bedtime.

She's growing up every day and took her first few steps on her own at the weekend - couldn't wait to show my parents this morning when I dropped her off before work.

    Hi Brednall

I just gave both my boys cows milk striaght away and neither of them were phased by it although I must admit William still has his morning and evening drink in a bottle and not a cup....

Sorry forgot to say hope Sam is ok.(big hugs)
Mum to 2 lovely boys who keep me busy.

    Hope Sam is ok xx

I just gave Charlotte cows milk in a cup and she drank it. I think it was the change of drink and change of receptacle at the same time that helped, rather than putting cows milk in a bottle then weaning her onto a cup or the other way round.
Here I go again on my own....
