I had my meeting with the local school today
The new acting head is brilliant. With her the school are now clamping down on discipline, which was highlighted in the ofsted report last summer (when they got an overall grade of 4 ) but that was before they had the new head.
They've also rearranged their classes into a much more sensible system and will seperate the twins if I want to which the old haid had said no. It used to be mixed years based on ability now they still have mixed year classes but based on age. Which I like, especially in the lower school as poor squeak will only just be 4 when she starts school.
I asked if the girls could come and have a look around because DD1 mentioned it, and she said that's fine just call the office to arrange whenAny question, comment or opinion is not intended to be criticism of anyone else.2 Samuel 12:23 Romans 8:28 Psalm 30:5

Did anyone else feel totally ravenous whilst breast feeding?
I can't stop eating! I'm making sure I have lots of healthy stuff like banana's, cereal, salad, veg etc but am also consuming a lot of chocolate. I've never had a sweet tooth but am craving chocolate and glasses of milk!
I'm presuming it's because you burn a lot of calories whilst BF'ing? Don't know how quickly I'll get back to my pre-preg weight at this rathe though!Metranil dreams of becoming a neon,You don't even take him seriously,How am I going to get to heaven?,When I'm just balanced so precariously..0 -

When Miss M was littler, I always found I was desperate with thirst while she was latched on and starving afterwards, so I was either feeding a baby, feeding myself or trying to grab a shower or a snooze.
Marmalade sandwiches sound really nice, Susan. I've just finished my dinner but I think a late night marmaladey snack is in order...Organised Birthdays and Christmas: Spend So Far: £193.75; Saved from RRP £963.76

I wouldn't have had time between glasses of water Susan :rotfl: it was unbelievable. I still go through a litre of water during her morning feed because I just find myself incredibly thirsty.Organised Birthdays and Christmas: Spend So Far: £193.75; Saved from RRP £963.76

We don't have anywhere to put one Susan, even a teeny tiny one
However, we talked to a finance person today and discovered that we are eligible for significantly more mortgage than we thought we were so we may yet have somewhere to put one. Or two.Organised Birthdays and Christmas: Spend So Far: £193.75; Saved from RRP £963.76
