Yay for walking Squeak, delain! :T:T

I've been for physio this morning. I had a suspected trapped nerve in my neck a month ago and it took this long to get the appointment! So of course it is much better now. But she manipulated it a bit as there is still some stiffness there and I have exercises to do. And I have to remember not to slouch when I'm working on the laptop :o I suspect it is lifting the fatty chubster that set it off, which is something I really can't avoid, so it might come back but hopefully the exercises will help.

DH's car ended up needing a new radiator :( So that's us skint this month.

Is it worth putting name labels in Joe's things when he goes to nursery? I'm not sure how likely it is that things will go astray.

If in doubt, label it :) I know they are younger at nursery, but when my lot went to playgroup, things disappeared all over the place!

On cups - I remember someone on here got their child to practice drinking from one in the bath which struck me as a good idea. (just so long as they don't try to drink the bath water if they are like my LO who thinks baths NEED to be peed in lol)

Labelling I find a pain....so have taken to buying laundry pens and daubing initials whereever they cant be seen. It usully lasts the year but doesn't guarentee no losses.

Bad back day today <<boo hoo>> Can't hardly move and bfeeding is hard - which is terrible as my 12 week old dd only learned how last week...I've been expressing for months and now am having to do it agin just to make sure she's actually getting fed as my back is stopping me from letting her feed for long enough. Just hope it gets better soon. On a positive note managed to guilt OH into getting rid of the old bed in the garden by attempting to do it myself ....so we finally have no rubbish in the front garden after 4 months lol.

I had major drama with Squeak last night when at 11.30pm she decided it wasn't bedtime anymore and grumbled for ages and had to be laid down and tucked in what felt like 500 times before she stopped grumbling and went to sleep... She did lie in till 8am though :D

Then for her morning sleep she was aaaages and I went to check in the end that she was OK and she was just sitting happily in her cot! Hadn't made a peep, and I had the monitor on so I'd hear if she had. Now she's been ages for her afternoon sleep as well, I'm hoping she's not just sat up in there again as I'll feel guilty lol.

Tsstss I hope your back feels better soon :)

i label everything now i take to nursery for my son. Lost so many bottles teats etc when he first started going i got annoyed it was costing me to replace it.
Must be hard for them to keep track so at least this makes it easier for the staff!
Also in his room 3 boys have the same jacket as him!

We've been on a late trip to the park so I've been naughty and given Squeak cereal for tea as it's just the 2 of us!

This was with a view to wearing her out to make sure she sleeps tonight, so it'd best work. She's starting to look tired now so her bath can wait until the morning lol.

Pigpen are there any codes about for next? I've just seen a to die for pair of boots that are way out of my budget... and what is their leg width like? I don't want to buy a pair I can't get over my tree trunks lol

I've still got so much to do and none of it is done!

Well Squeak has turned her bowl upside down and is chewing it so I'm guessing she's finished and I'm going to go and get her ready for bed :)

I have legs like a pit pony and cant even get my trotters in their shoes so they are not known for being wide.. but I get my shoes from Evans and they still need to be a size too big as my footsies are so wide.

have a gander at hotukdeals for codes.. they dont often do them and if they do it is usually only free delivery.. I think you can have orders delivered to a store for free anyway if that helps?

squeak porked with ready brek and put to bed and now fast asleep :D.. she was a pest last night too so has been stuffed full tonight.. I NEEEEED to sleep.. She has decided to kiss everyone today.. which is lovely but for the fact she is the dribbliest soggiest baby ever. I am trying to get her to go to bed earlier so we are back in routine for getting up at school times for next week.. alas it takes me so much effort to go cook dinner it is getting later and later lol.. Tomorrow dinner is being prepared about lunch time when I am mobile and able to move.

oooh.. Delain.. I was sorting my phone pics earlier and found one of a random baby I had had sent to my phone.. guess who it is a pic of!! lol.. it is the one when she was furry new and was put on the pregnancy board.. took me ages to find out who it was :D

Babies are always lovely when they're tiny :) and that one was immediately after she was born pretty much... I think she was about 10 minutes old!

I want to know if this one is going to have the same hair :o

I've got to try and load that mobile up because it doesn't work and my number has changed and I want to get the photos off it.

ETA I won't get those boots then :rotfl: My feet are standard size but my legs are porky!
