We have a vtech walker bought it cheap when had deal on amazon, at the mo just loves playing with the stuff at the front rather than walking with it. He however loves his leapfrog table to stand and play on and stops him (a little bit) trying to climb on the tv.

Bob has a walker, I got it early on because I figured he could play with the bits on the front first which he does. When DD learnt to walk she spent days walking up and down with hers, literally all day. Bob has the leapfrog table too and loves it, another amazon bargain - I'd not have bought it for the full price but that's cos I'm tight lol. I think he is gonna outgrow the jumperoo soonish but he only goes in it for about 10 mins 2-3 times a week so will be glad to pack it away, he'll still have the door bouncer for a bit longer since its more adjustable. I think he needs a few more little toys, like stacking rings, shape sorter, spinning top etc now he is outgrowing the rattley things but OH is being a pain saying he has enough already.

I've just boxed all the baby junk Squeak is no longer interested in and sorted her out some more bits.. it is her birthday in 2.5 weeks so she will get some useful stuff then I hope.. She is liking books at the moment and duplo and the peek-a-boo blocks.. though her favourite toys are still daddys head.. (I think she wants to pull it off!) and the pc keyboards.

ah bless her - Bob wants to scratch my face off - not quite so cute. He has some peek a boo blocks, and we have loads of books here. OH is probably right to not get anything and he will get bits for his birthday and then it'll be christmas not long after so he'll probably have loads by then. It's probably more me being bored with them than him - although all he seems to want is his brothers cars and trains.

    Morning

    What a busy day yesterday.

Sunderland play Newcastle in August and my brother is coming up. My Dad said he would buy us all tickets to go to the match, but I'm the only one with a membership number so I had to go and buy them. Had work to do in Sunderland yesterday, and ended up standing in a two hour queue to get the tickets. Managed to get all but one of my jobs done, then came home and bunged a casserole in the oven and had to collect Charlotte from school.

Came back and took the dogs for a walk, then had tea. Had to go to a meeting at school then came back and Charlotte played for 20 mins, then it was into bed time routine.

Got her into bed and had to start putting my reports on for work. Crashed on the sofa for half an hour and went to bed.

Got a list of calls to do today but they seem fairly straightforward ones.

Have a good day all xx
Here I go again on my own....

    Morning everyone,

Sounds like a busy day Becles , very good of you to wait in the queue for tickets.

Poppy seems to love her dads face, she makes the cutest noises when he slowly moves his face closer to hers.

Had a not so great night, with wakings at least every 2 hours. Every time i think she is getting better again with her sleep it goes bad again...ah well!

She is 3 months old today! Is going very quick.

    Hello everyone.

Just a very quick question, Josh has started doing about 3-4 poo's a day in the last week or so. He is being weaned and I have replaced 2 b/feeds with formula now as I am stopping BFing over the next few weeks.

Is that many poo's normal?? He seems to have rapidly gone from one every 2-3 days to 3-4 per day!

They are smelling like 'real' poo's now too! Some are solidish and some are a sort of paste texture (sorry for tmi)

You don't even take him seriously,
How am I going to get to heaven?,
When I'm just balanced so precariously..

    Hi All,

I dont post much tend to lurk. Some of you may remember me from the pregnancy thread.

MV - I am not that experienced, so am sure some of the others will have more info for you.
But my LO on average does 1 poo a day. However this can change to a poop after every meal or on the odd occassion after 1 day.
It all depends on if he is teething, is ill, or what he's eaten. When he was in hospital and had the jars of formula he would poop after every meal.
I would think it is the weaning. But if you are worried then its always best to ask.
