Becles ((hugs)) hope things will be ok, feel like I may be a single mum too soon . . . .
Another one just in a nappy, plus had a late nap on way back from meeting Rach till nearly six then for some reason was screaming - then was all bouncy in the cot when tried to put to bed, finally did about half 8 which is late for him but seems ok. Tried to put a fan on but screamed at the noise!
BP probably the heat - but can you express or get your DP or someone to give a bottle so can get few more hours?Thomas born 28/08/2010 weighing 5lbs and 4ounces, small but perfectly formed :j:j Now weighs 19lbs and 5 ounces

I have a feeling if it wasn't for the baby I'd be on my own as well... apparently I am 'hard work' .. in man I think that means I am not bothered about the cleaning, I don't do as I am told and I find hilarity in almost everything.. I never take anything seiously.. grown ups do by all accounts.. I said i'm glad i'm not grown up then it sounds very boring.. there.. another example of me being 'hard work'
I love routine..
I have the munchies... but it is too hot to move...
Crane flies should be eradicated.. and all other flies.
Best pick up the shredded Argos catalogue because it doesn't look like anyone else will... the floor is SOOOOOOOO low down!

Morning
I think I must be hard work as well pigpen
Quiet day here with some stuff to pack up and send by courier for work, and got some other jobs to be pottering on with.
James is in a mini-Olympics tournament representing the school this morning, so he's gone off hyper about that.
Have a good day all xxHere I go again on my own....0 -
Yes I think I'm hard work too, don't do as told, I am becoming more bothered about cleaning but not doing things the anal ways DH wants them to be. Plus finding it hard to be with someone who thinks I'm to quote 'useless' and that I do nothing all day long with t. I think he had 24 hours with him and managed to look after him plus do some tidying up so obviously I should do the same?? Plus he has a major issue with me being a size bigger than what I am and wants me to be like I was when we married. To be honest if it wasn't for t I'd probably tell him where to go, but not sure how I'd cope alone.Thomas born 28/08/2010 weighing 5lbs and 4ounces, small but perfectly formed :j:j Now weighs 19lbs and 5 ounces

SirM.. would it actually make any difference if you were on your own? I found when KH went noting changed except we weren't all living in a glass house with it raining stones and tiptoein round so we didn't set KH off on one. I am 3 sizes (possibly 3.5 stone) bigger than I was 7 years ago.. it doesn't change who you are and it can take a couple of years to lose the baby weight.. should you choose to of course!!!
I like the way I am the one that is hard work yet so far today am the only one who has done anything productive!LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0 -
Sorry to hear some of you are having a tough time with your OHs. That's really not what you need when you've got a little one to run around after.
Sir M, it may not be ideal but plenty of people manage perfectly well in single parent families, so you should think of yourself and whether you really want to be in a relationship that's making you unhappy. Do you think counselling would help him to see how he's making you feel? Size should never be a factor in a relationship, nor doing as you're told - what are you, 9 years old?! You're an individual with your own mind and should be appreciated as you are. And the same goes for you PP - you both sound great and are doing a brilliant job of raising your LOs from what I see on here.
And ((hugs)) for you too Becles. I'm sorry things haven't worked out with your OH, but you sound like you're coping fantastically.
One of my best friends' ex was domineering and put her down a lot. When I met her she was really frumpy and wouldn't have said boo to a goose. She left him a few years ago and you seriously wouldn't recognise her now! She is so much happier and more outgoing, and actually looks younger. You can do anything, make anything, dream anything. Thanks PP I know it sounds selfish but one thing in DH favour is that he does help (sometimes) in getting up with squeak early and gives me a break, so not sure how I would cope with early starts everyday - although as I am bf I am always up first, however I am thinking of stopping bf as last few days he has been taking ages to bf without it seems getting much!Thomas born 28/08/2010 weighing 5lbs and 4ounces, small but perfectly formed :j:j Now weighs 19lbs and 5 ounces

I know that at the moment I really wouldn't cope on my own. I couldn't do the school runs for a start because I simply cannot walk that far.
OH has got up 4 times in the morning with Squeak.. but when she has had screaming do's in the night he dealt with those too.. all 3 of them..
I think I am having issues with this pregnancy which I really didn't want (then I have guilt for not wanting it when so many people struggle for many years to have children) and with myself and various other factors in my life I can't do anything about it is all just a bit much at the moment. I am just really concerned about ending up with PND again because I will be too bsy to even think to do anything about it, I can't afford to waste that time.LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0
