I've been thinking about vests, too! We have some 12-18months ones but I think once he outgrows those, I won't buy any more. It's weird to me when he doesn't wear one, as his little shirt rides up so then it's just a little baby belly sticking out! lol...
We've really been enjoying this lovely weather, though Finn hates wearing a hat! He's so silly. I do wish he was walking as it would make playing in the garden a bit easier.top 2013 wins: iPad, £50 dental care, £50 sportswear, £50 Nectar GC, £300 B&Q GC; jewellery, Bumbo, 12xPringles, 2xDiesel EDT, £25 Morrisons, £50 Loch Fyne

Charlotte has never liked wearing hats in the sun. Even last year when I said she could pick any hat she wanted, she still hardly wore itHere I go again on my own....0

Evening gals!
It's my birthday todayI don't think I can ever remember the weather being this nice in April! It's been glorious!
We were down in Bristol this w/e visiting my sister and her DH and DS. Josh had a good time but he did get a bit grizzly last night. I think it may have been because we were out in the garden most of yesterday having a BBQ (in April!!!!!).
I was super paranoid about him getting too much sun, so he was kept well in the shade, with a sun hat on and factor 50+ baby sun cream!
I always wonder whether he is wearing too much or too little. Yesterday he was in a sleevless vest with a cotton t-shirt on top and cotton shorts. He seemed a little hot though, so i ended up just taking off his t-shirt.Metranil dreams of becoming a neon,You don't even take him seriously,How am I going to get to heaven?,When I'm just balanced so precariously..0 -
Happy birthday MV!
With baby clothes/ temperature, I got told to check their tummy and down the back of their neck to see if they feel too warm or cold. Sophie's quite a toasty kid, so I've not had her in a vest for a few weeks (obviously if the weather's awful, it's different) Thankfully she wears a sunhat, as she hates the sun in her eyes with a passion.

Happy Birthday MV
I take it the lack of posting means everyone has been enjoying the weather?
We had a BBQ today. And we went for a walk - I was paranoid about what clothes to put on. In the end I settled for a sleepsuit because I wanted her arms and legs covered and it's all we have for that purpose.
I think she's been too hot at night, so going to try her in just her nappy and a long sleeve top with the sleeping bag tonight.
I can't believe it's Monday again tomorrow. I remember when being just pregnant and discussing about maternity leave and how some people thought they'd get bored (I never thought I would) but honestly there just isn't time to get bored. I haven't even had time to go on a proper shopping trip with my mum yet. And now this next week is all booked up. I'm so glad I took the whole year mat leave. Originally I was only going to have 6 months - that would mean I'd be half way through already!Baby Giz born 6/2/110 -

Happy birthday MV xx
Been lovely and warm and sunny here all day.
Took the dogs out this afternoon and I showed Charlotte how to make a daisy chain in the field.
Sat and read a magazine in the garden this afternoon while she played. Really enjoyed just relaxing and enjoying the sunshine.
We've got a blackbirds nest in our clematis and she's laid three eggs in it. They come every year to the nest, even though it's next to the climbing frame and there are dogs and children running about. Here I go again on my own....0 -
Happy birthday MV - well the hour or so left of it.
We had friends over for BBQ today, a bit hectic trying to prep food, cook, keep drinks topped up and manage a grizzly baby but we managed it and have done all the clearing up after too!We Made-it-3 on 28/01/11 with birth of our gorgeous DD.0 -
