I had an excited moment at tesco earlier - was buying nappies when I realised I recognised the boy on the packet. My friends little boy did some modeling for them a while back, but she wasn't told for definite what it would be used for - I think they were originally thinking of using them for the magazine. But no, he is on the packaging of the size 4 easy fit pants (possibly the other sizes too, but I was too busy trying to be composed and not tell random people that "we know him" to check the other packs
There we go - I now have a claim to fame

I was thinking sweat, too. We do a booby feed right directly before bed and have never had any leakage issues *shrug*.
GISI, looks so cute! I hope we get a photo of Henry running around in his new shoes and backpack.
SS, hope the photographer goes well and you get your free shoot.top 2013 wins: iPad, £50 dental care, £50 sportswear, £50 Nectar GC, £300 B&Q GC; jewellery, Bumbo, 12xPringles, 2xDiesel EDT, £25 Morrisons, £50 Loch Fyne

eurgh!!!!!!!!!!!!
Why has my beautiful baby suddenly became the devil at night?!
He did the same thing last night, slept for about an hour, and then just screams and whinges.....
Last night it took until half 9, and even then it was only on my chest in our bed....ARGH!Wealth is not measured by currency0 -
Evening all
Nothing to report here except a cranky toddler and a successfully checked-off to do list. I'm very pleased with my progress today but now have epic cramps. I am planning to write my to do list for tomorrow before not doing anything even remotely requiring any exertion at all tonight.
Oooh, except I'm meeting a photographer tomorrow who is looking for people to give a free boudoir shoot to, only stipulation is it needs to be outdoor. I am Very Excited :j
SS is gonna ger her baps out in public!!!!

Evening everyone,
Thanks for all your replies to my questions today!
I have put the little man to bed after having a smaller bottle than normal and I always make sure his winky is pointing the right way so we shall see if we have had leakage or not in the morning!
I am pretty convinced it is wee and not sweat because it seems to have soaked from the top of the nappy up and isn't all over which I would assume it would be if he were too hot... Anyway I shall report back tomorrow!
I am off work tomorrow so am going to try and give him a spoon while I feed him tomorrow and see if he gives it a go! I am dreading the mess though! Oh well it can always be cleaned up!
I hope you and your LO's are ok and you have good nights!

Yoghurts suitable for a 7 month in one week old?
I just bought normal ones. The adult yoghurt tend to be better than the childrens character branded ones which have a lot of sugar in them.Oooh, except I'm meeting a photographer tomorrow who is looking for people to give a free boudoir shoot to, only stipulation is it needs to be outdoor. I am Very Excited :j
Ooooh get in there !!!!!!
Hope it goes well xx
That's a lovely memento for your friend's little boy Ladybird. Charlotte entered a competition when she was younger to be on the nappy packets, and she got down to the last 10, but didn't get through to the final. We did win £300 worth of Huggies coupons which came in handy though :money:
Got all my work done today and I've been to boot camp this evening. It was -1°C and I still ached off Tuesday so it took a real effort to get there, but I'm pleased I went as I enjoyed it.Here I go again on my own....0 -
Ooh T loves baked beans and is happy sitting there eating them one at a time and ignoring all other food! No icky tummy either. She is starting to use a spoon too but v messy though she is improving.
Our next freebie/trial item from bizzie baby has shown up 2 reusable swim nappies, fab timing too as T starts swimming lessons on Monday. Got two sizes, medium and large the large ones have a really cute butterfly design but don't think they'll fit her yet so will just be plain red for now.
First week at work has gone well and T has been really good just a little clingy in the evening, but am overall really chuffed with her.
Cafc - T has had fromage frais, natural and Greek yoghurt since about 6 months.
Well can't remember anything else and OH is snoring away so time for bed me thinks, night all xBaby :female: Tahlie Lois born 15/3/10 7lb 12 oz :heartpulsWorking on baby no2

Morning everyone,
Just an update... Got the little man up this morning and still some leakage, but no where near as much as before! Am wondering if its because he sleeps on his front with his knees tucked up so the nappy isn't flush to his tummy?! Anywho, will try a little less bottle again tonight and see how we go!
Hope your LOs are ok and you have a good day!
On with the cleaning I suppose!

My DS 15 mths has had leaky nappies in the past fortnight or so. He has 9oz before bed. Its defo not sweat either. It doesn't seem to wake him up or bother him so I'm not too worried about it. Hes quite slim and a sz3 nappy is too tight but a size 4 is too big so I just put it down to that.
Milk wise he still has 2 bottles morning and night and I've no plans to cut these down anytime soon.
He also has just started using cutlery properly in the last 3 weeks or so. Hes obviously been watching us and its now just clicked. It was so funny the other day my DD had left a plate unattended for a min and he went over picked up the fork and speared a chip! A month ago he would have just have grabbed it!
eta: he won't use a plastic knife and fork it has to be stainless steel ones same as ours. Home Bargins have nice baby cutlery.0
