hi, can i join in the thread?
I joined sw 3 weeks ago, lost 6.5 lbs the first week
stayed the same on the second,
and now dreading weigh in on tuesday as really lost the plot, i havent stuck to plan at all and on verge of tears as so annoyed with myself as bought the count down until april to motivate myself which we so couldnt afford but thought in the long run it would be worth it as depressed about my weight.
    so
from today must stick to plan!!!!! so if i write on here everyday will you please help me? I eat little meat but love bread, cheese and wine!!!! so its green days all the way usually ive read all your posts and you all support each other so please can someone out there help me?

My goal is 2lb a week and have 3.5 stone to lose, as 5 ft and have back problems so the weight really affects my back, i hate gyms, and main excercise is walking and when i go i do enjoy its just getting myself going!!!!

breakfast 2 cups tea and porrige made with water and milk from allowance
lunch sw chips and beans and a egg

    Hi Karren

Welcome to the madhouse :D all really friendly (if a little crazy at times ;))
You're menu looks ok....but I would still try to get some more superfree fruit/veg with each meal to ensure good weightloss (you didnt have any with brekkie:o or lunch)

Also remember that on Green days you can have 2 HEA/HEB choices too....:p

    Happy SW journey ! :A

If you left click on the pic, then 'save picture as' save it, then upload it to photobucket or tiny pic, then get the 'IMG' code and post it here.
    Which reminds me!

  • Good morning all!
OMG yesterday I felt so rough! I made some stir fry veg with rice, then an hour later I felt sick for the rest of the day and evening :(
    Feeling better today, thank god!

Having EE days for the rest of the week, I'm also off out on Friday night, I have 2 offers but not sure which to take up, 1 is a meal out with friends to the Harvester, or the other is out for a chinese buffet then a night on the razz with some others.
I'm gravitating towards the Harvester one, mainly because it's cheaper and I have got 2 nights off from the boys so don't want to spend most of it hungover - OMG I am getting old! :rotfl:
