Well done to those with losses :T
Takeiteazy..... be kind to yourself this week ;)

Well the scales say "another 1lb has bitten the dust" happy036.gif... taking me to 110lbs off which means I have lost just over 1/3 of my body weight tooparty0011.gif..
As I decided the other day I am giving success express a whirl this week, just for the heck of it.. so lets see what this week brings cross.gif....

todays meal plan looked like this -Thankyou to consultant31 for checking I hadn't got it wrapped around my neck :D
    • lemon juice in warm water
    • grapefruit (ss)
    • activia (2.5)
    • grapefruit (ss)
    • chicken breast
    • potato bashed with swede - 1syn for butter
    • cabbage (sf) + 1syn for butter
    • carrots (sf)
    • nobbies (sf)
    • cauliflower (sf)

Feeling quite carp tonight as it is back to work tomorrow. My job is really getting me down at the moment, but I suppose I should be thankful to have one at the moment.

takeiteasy - be kind to yourself this week losing anyone is hard especially when it's a little one, you've every right to be feeling like a donkey on the edge.

lbnblbnb - yep know that feeling, although I don't hate my job I find it boring and new staff members have started in my office invading my space so I'm annoyed with work
but like you i keep on reminding myself that I'm lucky to have a job at the mo, :Danyhoo it's easier to get a job when you're in one so keep on looking if it's possible for you.

first week back on sw and taking it very easy, sticking to the plan but not drinking enough fluid so need to up that also I need to get back to the gym tomorrow

Good evening all, newbie here :hello:
I'm attempting the SW way, after trying WW a few times, I have been on it now for 4 weeks and have lost just over 7lbs.
I can't afford to go to the meetings, but I'm hoping that reading this thread and everyone's different recipies and food diaries that it will keep me motivated and give me lots of ideas.

I was just wondering if I could ask a couple of questions please - does anyone know if the Tesco discount brand (Tulip I think) Ham Trim is classed as free or do I have to syn it, I don't eat the bits with fat on, but some bits do have fat running through them?

Also, I've got a party to organise and I wonder if anyone has any good ideas for free or low syn party food, I'm sure i've seen people mentioning quiche on here before, any ideas would be hugely welcomed.

Anyways, thats my questions (for now) and I hope that with all of you on here that I can finally get shot of some of this weight for good. I waned to say a HUGE well done to all the people that have done so well and lots so much, you are an inspiration and I hope I can do well too.

    Thanks for listening

    Emma :)

Just burnt the bottom of my pressure cooker cos it wouldn't pressure B]old & knackered[/B and happily didn't dissolve into a sniverling heap. Just soaked it with fairy and a bit of elbow grease and its come up a treat. Spuds were ok as caught it in time so in the oven roasting [sw style] now ready for the veg.

Old and knackered, there's a lot of it about:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Thanks so much for the laugh. Sending you hugs at this difficult time.

Everything seems trying to sabotage my week. After evening out on Friday, I had a syn free day yesterday (shines halo:D). Today was going to be very low syn but DH invited his brother to dinner at last minute. Meal was OK (syn free lamb shanks and veg). Instead of pudding, I did cheese and crackers with grapes and other fruits (stuck completely to fruit myself). But we had wine.......:o

I think I'm resigned to damage limitation, STS a bonus etc etc. On holiday next week. I'll hit it hard in March, promise.

Morning all, not feeling too great today, my tummy is really hurty!! I sucumbed (SP) to eating the lat 2 forrerro rocher last night but atleast they're not calling to me anymore! I haven't done too badly though as they've been there since my birthday at the end of november!!! I'll not mention the carrier bag of xmas chocs that are in my wardrobe (and that's only mine, OH has a load still too!!).

Green day today, not sure my choice of brekkie is going to help my tummy much but its all I've got with me so it'll have to do!!

Brekkie - beans and scrambled egg.
Lunch - rice, HM salsa, sweetcorn, tuna (HEB), jelly (0.5)
Tea - Rosemary chicken (HEB) with roast potatoes and veggies
    Snacks - melon & grapes
    HEA - milk in tea
OH is at work late today so tea won't be until after 9pm so I might syn a couple of ryvita and use my second HEA to have some cheese with them.

Morning all. Thank goodness the sun is shining today (hope it is where you are). Yesterday it tipped down all day. Definately (sp) had cabin fever.

Hoping to do some gardening today, there is an old oak tree in the garden behind me that deposits at least 3 million leaves into mine. So there will be lots of bending and scooping. Have decided to postpone valentines day til Wednesday night (WI Wed morning).

With a bit of luck I might pick up a VD meal deal ½ price (very MSE) :D

    Today is an EE day

    2 eggs (frylight)
    1 slice w/m toast
    2 plums

    Pasta n' sauce (no milk)
    rocket salad
    2plums

    Salmon fillet
    A/Harriet cous cous
    butternut squash
    mange tout
    Activia yogurt

    2 finger kit kat

    S - 2 alpen lights and melon
L - left over cottage pie
    S - quavers (4.5) apple
D - Rib eye steak, sw chips, celeriac, mushrooms and onions
