WI this morning and -1lb  not sure how I feel about that, oh well.
Well done all the other losers, hugs to those that need them. Onwards and downwards [hopefully maintaining for those at target]. Good luck all :T

Looking forward to a lovely roast today, not had one for weeks. Has got to be better than the pie & chips hubby & son have wanted the last few weeks.

Had a bad day yesterday, sat waiting for my shopping to arrive and it didn't so hubby rang and turns out I'd ordered for today [I swear blind I'd clicked saturday :o] so that made me mad. I'd also wanted to make rice pud [saved my HEAs for it] got everything ready then found id no rice  [burst into tears] calmed down and thought ok had ordered some more so would do it later, then the mix up [so burst into tears again].

So as you can imagine I was a donkey on the edge all day, my excuse [if I need one] is its the anniversary of my sons death this wednesday and its all close to the surface. Its also * week coming up too. The only good thing is its a week til half term :D.

I bought in Asda the Pasta n sauce as they are on offer. Had one yesterday using part milk as it says on packet. Has any one tried it with just water? If so could you taste the difference?

    I'll post todays meals later

Jill, any reason you posted the pasta thing 3 times :rotfl: I think we got it now thank you :T

Just burnt the bottom of my pressure cooker cos it wouldn't pressure [old & knackered] and happily didn't dissolve into a sniverling heap. Just soaked it with fairy and a bit of elbow grease and its come up a treat. Spuds were ok as caught it in time so in the oven roasting [sw style] now ready for the veg.

Oh and shopping arrived [15mins late and driver got lost as usual but at least he rang to say, TWICE lol] so rice pud is in slow cook for later yayyyy [must watch out for small bit of nutmeg dropped in while grating it :rotfl:]

Hi all, think I'm doing ok this weekend! Not a happy bunny as its my weekend to work and I also have uni work to do......not my idea of a weekend! Plus I'm soooo tired! I've got up at 6am 7 mornings in a row now and still have another 5 before I get anything resembling a lie in!! I was hpoing to do some exercise today but I'm too tired and its too miserable and cold outside! If it had been a nice sunny day I might have been able to motivate myself to go for a walk!

    Today is EE:

Brekkie - porridgewith ginger and cinammon (HEA&B + 2 syns as had to add extra oats as it was more like soup!)
Lunch - Mushroom omlette, small jacket potato, lettuce, HM salsa
Tea - sausages (1), mustard mash (1), veggies, gravy (2)

I might have some melon for pudding and maybe a forrerro rocher to celebrate if I get a good bit of my assignment done!

Having to be good today after last night's valentines meal, not really bad but the large glass of red took me over my syns for the day so I'm cutting down a bit today.

    Food (EE):

    B - Mullerlight, banana
L - Bacon, scrambled eggs, baked beans, mushrooms & a pear
D - Gammon, roast potatoes, brocolli, cauliflower, carrots, yorkshire (3), gravy (2)
Snacks - SW bar (HEB), melon
    HEA = Milk

I always eat them without milk. They taste fine to me :)

Hugs for you this week, takeiteasy :)

I'm loving the animals I'm coming into contact with recently. Sat and watched a sparrow having a really good bath in our gutter yesterday (he was having such a good time, even if I did think he had crash landed and was struggling when I first saw it. The he hopped out, shook himself, and dive bombed back in and I stopped worrying quite so much!:rotfl:), stopped and had a natter with 2 dogs, 2 goats and a hen yesterday (long story), and have just had a little black cat visit me at home, which was lovely. He is normally frightened of me when I am pottering about outside, but its foul weather and he was pleading to come in out of the rain, so muggins here let him in and had a good fuss/cuddle before firmly telling him he needed to go back to his own home before I catnapped him. Needless to say he wasn't very impressed, and sat and pulled faces at me through the french doors! :p

I'm aching good and proper from all these Davina workouts, so will make do with taking a little walk in a bit. I do feel really frustrated though... after all these years, could it be that I am turning into a fitness fanatic?!
