Hullo hullo, I have been a right stranger! Good to see everyone ticking along and newbies joining all the time! I'm now waiting on the mercy of HMRC to give me a big fat tax rebate or I'm going to be miles off my target as I have 3k to pay next month. Will be horrible to go backwards but hopefully I can have a rebate before the end of the year and reach my target! This year has absolutely flown by!!!

  • Hi All

I'm not sure I have taken part in this thread before I can't remember, been forever since I have posted anyway so I'll just introduce myself again as things have somewhat changed.
Loans: Zero CC: Zero OD: Potential for £300 but Zero :-) and No Mortgage, so for the first time ever I can actual save, I can't quite believe I am on this part of the forum, but any.

My Target is £30000 - just a random figure plucked out of the air so for now I shall concentrate on getting to 10k by the end of next year, thats just over £700 a month, which is abit steep but we shall see, I have budgeted in about £500 a month depending on what comes up and see what I can cup back on..... Gym memberships when they expire and the like

So wish me luck as I have Zero so far, will keep you posted.

Not saving for anything inparticular - pension/old ages/holiday of a life time/ redundancy that sort of thing......

    Ciao
