Hope someone call help I have an on going issue with Vodafone and I am having awful trouble trying to get answers. Everyone I have spoken to have not helped. I have called emailed and written a letter but got no reply. Can anyone help me with who I should contact? It has got that bad that I am actually thinking of taking legal action.

If you look through this thread you will be able to contact Vodafone WRT, they are the people you need to talk to, as promised yesterday they rang me again today to confirm my contract is now cancelled and have credited my account and will ring me back beginning of October to confirm my bill is correct. Once again Lee many thanks for resolving my issue very quickly and smoothly :T

    Hi,

PM me and I'll tell you how to get a guaranteed response from Vodafone, I'm not posting it here on the forum right now as they are still resolving my issue, however I have had more responses today than I've had in the last 3 weeks and I even got them to call me Lord before my surname - so I literally have them by their b*lls.

I have spent so much time dealing with Vodafone that I am now going to share what I've learnt with the whole community on all the forums, I think it would be unfair not to after all the time and money I have invested - I would also like to make life hell for Vodafone until they get brought out by Virgin Media in the next few months)

    Thanks

What's new ? Their network doesn't work, they can't port numbers, they have an old and a new system which no one at Vodafone has a clue about and they are generally just useless. I had to make 3627 calls to them (will explain later on how to do this) to get to speak to a manager (Simon) in the CEO's office after the standard staff in the CEO's office (Gavin T) didn't know their left from their right - he has given me a PAC code (generated in 10 mins even though they haven't been able to generate this for the last 3 weeks) and has assured me that someone from the porting team will "babysit" my port. Let's see if this works, if it doesn't work then I will carry on my tactics of getting a response from Vodafone as it works well and I don't mind spending £80 per day ensuring that it is Vodafone that calls me and it is Vodafone that are being "harassed" continually by my very own team that I have developed to get personal customer service (with a ultra quick response time) - the best thing is this all happens from another country so I don't even need to get involved other than when they call me from their special CEO office number to beg me to stop "harassing" them. It should be noted for legal reasons that what Vodafone call harassment is not what I would class as harassment, I would class what I am doing as trying to obtain customer service.

I will provide an update tomorrow, although I'm NOT hopeful as I think Vodafone is the most useless company known to man and that they can't keep to their word and they will blame EE for porting issues, I can guarantee that (EE is the network I am moving to).

I would like to provide a brief update. The transfer was eventually complete and at long last I have data on my phone (I am not with EE). I am now waiting for Vodafone to come back to me with a proposal for compensation. If they do not compensate me sufficiently I will create a micro site and post on every single forum the best way to get through to Vodafone and to guarantee a response and resolution- if someone from Vodafone is reading this (which I am sure they are) then you know what I'm talking about and I'm happy to provide details of the company that helped me in getting my problem solved.

  • Lee,

I am very grateful for your very prompt resolution to my problem. You sorted it out in 24 hours, a problem which a cast of thousands couldn't resolve in a month.
