So I now have my new phone, and it has been activated (transfer on Red Box didn't work!). However I've downloaded the MyVodafone app and it says my next bill will be £52.33 and there have been no additional charges put on? Surely this isn't right, if my contract before 25% discount was added was £25 a month and they've given it to me for £18.75?

On further inspection it says on the app that I'm on a £54 a month plan. I'm supposed to be paying £18.75 a month so I don't understand this!

Seriously annoyed with vodafone, spent about an hour on the phone upgrading my phone. Assured phone is in stock and that it should be with me in 2-3 days. 1 week later, no phone and little information about what is going on. Phone up to find out what is going on, turns out they have ordered me the same phone which I already have and surprise surprise its out of stock as it's a 2 year old phone. Now I'm in upgrade pergatory. The most annoying this I'm going to have to go through the whole process again.

    Hello Lee,
Thank you for ringing me on Tuesday.
I would appreciate it if you can call me tomorrow to let me know if you have resolved my issue. I am free all day.
It will be approaching 3 weeks next week which I'm sure you'll agree is time enough for Vodafone to resolve this
    Many Thanks

my phone has been repaired 3 times, it still has the same fault, previously they said they would replace it, but all of a sudden they have decided that because I am within 70 days of my contract finishing, all they will do is offer me an early upgrade.

Now my rather limited legal knowledge tells me that vodafone have to repair or replace. Fobbing me off trying to get me to take out a contract is not repairing or replacing.

I am seriously annoyed. I do not want an early upgrade, I am perfectly happy with my tarrif, but they will not accept that legally have to replace it, and won't show me where it says in their terms and conditions they don't have to replace a faulty phone.

Telling me to upgrade is the same a shop saying as saying 'oh well, not our problem, go and buy a new one'

    Not acceptable.

I have already contacted trading standards, and expect vodafone to fullfil their legal obligations unless they can prove they don't have to

Here’s my not so good experience with Vodafone. Id been looking at Vodafone for a while but was a bit hesitant looking at some of the reviews of their customer service etc. However I spied their RED L deal giving you 6Gb of data, unlimited minutes, texts and 12 months free Spotify for £24.30. Perfect and going through Topcashback there was £120. Perfect deal for me. So I went through their webpage and because I’d changed address recently they wanted my old address, however when I came to select delivery address it had jumbled up both the addresses – so I took the safer option and got it delivered to store.
Email arrived saying SIM was ready for collection – went to store wasn’t in, girl couldn’t understand it as it was greyed out but helpfully offered to cancel that a do a new order (but I’d lose my cash back). Phoned up Vodafone eventually someone said that it was being processed and should be in the store by now. Returned to store no SIM. Phoned back Vodafone –spoke to about four different people – eventually a rather helpful girl seemed to take ownership of my case and said she had sorted out and applied a £10 credit to my first bill (TBH her customer service skills were pretty spot on and I wished I had her name to sing her praises). Alas after leaving it four days and another trip to store no SIM card. Email from Vodafone saying that unless I collect in 4 days they will cancel my contract. So I give up with that and try to reorder another one. Manage to get my address to work and get an email saying my order is processing and they will be in touch – then nothing. After waiting 5 days I phone up about it. Girl I spoke to says she has to speak to supervisor and then comes back and says I’ve failed there credit check. Perhaps my fault for creating a second account, but having so much difficulty getting a SIM doesn’t exactly inspire confidence.

I have been trying to raise a complaint with Vodafone, 2 phone calls with the promise of a call back and a two hour web chat with not once having my complaint being even acknowledged, seriously very angry with this company, i have sent a copy of the very poor web chat to the CEO with the hope that maybe these staff members in the complaints department will be trained to listen to complaints! if they won't acknowledge my complaint how can i take it further?
