    Hi

I wrote a formal letter of complaint to Vodafone on 3 July and was advised by the person I spoke to in Customer Relations to send it to
    Vodafone Headquarters
Customer Relations Manager Vodafone Limited The Connection Newbury Berkshire RG14 2FN

I have still not had a response or anything to acknowledge receipt. Can anyone let me know when I should expect to hear back please or if I can email this to anyone else? I have absolutely no confidence in Vodafone after a shockingly bad experience with them over the past few months and wouldn't be surprised if my letter as fallen into a big black hole.

    Can anyone help please?

    Thanks

Have you contacted the Vodafone rep on the forums ?
  • If you'd like any help from me, email me with your details via the Contact us form here.

To access the form you'll need to enter the code WRT135.

As well as stating your query in the question box, please also quote "MSE Forum".
Link just goes to Vodafone homepage? No "contact us form"

Vodafone yet again deserving every award for being voted "the UK’s most complained about mobile provider" by Which?

Vodafone have allowed me to unknowingly (and most definitely unintentionally) go 12.7GB over my monthly data allowance with no notification whatsoever of reaching 80% of my 5GB limit! At a rate of £6 per 250MB this has amounted to an additional charge of £91 on top of my already expensive monthly tariff! This immoral and unethical business practice is clearly an intention of Vodafone to allow their customers to go far over their data limit with no warning, alert or protective cap so as to grotesquely profit from less aware mobile data users. When wasting my life talking to their quite frankly confrontational customer service representatives, I was told that "Vodafone has no obligation of warning their customers of approaching their monthly data limit". They are clearly unfair in their practices and have no regard for their customers whatsoever, instead preferring to rinse them for every penny that they can get out of them. I cannot wait to reach the end of my contract and excrete them back to where they truly belong!

Unfortunate Vodafone customers please keep yourselves fully aware of your current data balance throughout the month and use either Androids in-built mobile data cap or Apple owners can download (via wifi) data management apps ("My Data Manager") to monitor their usage and set an alarm once they near their monthly limit. Please do not allow Vodafone to rip you off anymore than they are already with extortionate and immoral data charges!

It would appear the "contact us" link has been killed by Vodafone and the reps haven't been on today, maybe Vodafone has terminated the service because it actually did offer some customer service (which the rest of Vodafone don't).

Try my link in the post above yours, use the reference 'WRT135 MSE'.

You could also try a direct email to webrelations@vodafone.com - again remember to use the WRT135 MSE in the subject line.

I know there have been problems in the past using the links, but now all the ones I know of just send you round in circles with no opportunity to send an email. It's amazing that it's like a maze, sending you round and round in circles until you get back to where you started.

If they have now made it impossible to contact the Web Relations Team it means that there is NO way of sorting out any of the innumerable problems Vodafone cause their customers. In my experience (which is quite a lot with them) when trying to resolve issues (again, in my cases ones always created by them) all you do is go round in ever increasing circles in a system which is quite plainly designed to fob customers off and keep them well away from anyone who actually does anything to help. Instead, your initial problem multiplies along with the time and effort you have to put in to achieve anything (which, without the WRT really IS a lost cause).

Conclusion (if this has happened) - Vodafone has won the race to become THE worse mobile company in the UK - and with flying colours. I would then be extremely reluctant to go anywhere near them as a customer. Great shame - there aren't many real networks left and the Web Relations Team did an excellent (the ONLY) job at Vodafone in giving a damn about its customers.

Perhaps if the WRT is still alive and kicking after several years of onslought by unhappy customers who have nowhere else to turn Lee can clarify the situation.

This is worrying indeed as I have first hand experience of their customer service reps which doesn't leave a lot to be desired for...

I understand Vodafone have an eForum on their website. I had quick look there as I'd used it in the past and they seem to have dropped all CSR from there - indeed, the WRT is no more?!?!?!?!

There are posts constantly from people saying that this is a "customer to customer support forum". Hardly any point if you ask me. This is the last nail in the coffin for Vodafone. I hope their profits nose-dive and end up being sold off. They really are useless.
