Same here Charlotte.Vodafone owes me £110.53 for an incorrectly taken payment. They took it on 1 June. Still waiting, despite many efforts...:(

You'll both wait forever unless you contact the Web Relations Team as advised on every recent page of the thread.0

I have had my contract less than 3 months, in the first month i had no service due to a porting error. now I have almost no signaldespite their website advising I should be ok. they wont release me from the contract unless i pay £460.00 even though the problem is theirs and its been less than 3 months. not happy as i have a phone that is non working most of the time.0

I contacted Vodafone to cancel my contract as was so fed up with their lack of interest in my faulty mobile. Their promises became more generous as I insisted I wanted to leave and that I was happy to pay the penalty fee. I was offered the latest S6 Samsung FREE OF CHARGE along with 3 months unlimited data. I was given a date for delivery – no phone arrived. Another delivery date and again I waited in all day – no phone arrived. Called Vodafone to be told the delivery had been cancelled. They couldn’t tell me who had done this for confidentiality reasons. I waited in for a third day – during this time I had rung Vodafone several times and explained how I had been offered this mobile free of charge as well as 3 months free billing as compensation for time wasted etc .
Eventually mobile arrives – the day before given date – just lucky I was in. The contract stipulates I have a 14 day cooling off period.
So you can imagine my surprise when just over 2 weeks later I receive a bill for £120 – I called Vodafone who said there was no record of me having been offered a free phone. I called 3 times again the same response. I was told that as the 2 weeks cooling off period had passed I was obliged to pay for the phone.
Vodafone states that they record phone calls for training purposes. Then how have they managed to lose the many calls which mention a free phone to keep me as a customer. I have been conned and with not a leg to stand on .

Has anyone else also had this? If not, maybe check your bank accounts accordingly.
Vodafone cancelled my direct debit with them without telling me on the 18th July. It seems they set up another direct debit on the same bank account on the 20th July. My bill was due to be paid out today (24th July), but has since not left my account.
Luckily I noticed this and queried it with my bank. They tell me that it was definitely vodafone that cancelled - that is clearly showing up on my account. They reinstated the original DD so now I have two showing for Vodafone. Why they would do this though remains a mystery. I'm hoping my bill will be paid by Monday as I don't want to get a bad reference on my credit file.
Can the Vodafone representative get in touch please and look into my account? Thanks!0 -

Not thus far, alas. But perhaps I am being unfair - they said I would hear back within 5 working days and this is the fifth day. I have even been on a round trip of 20 miles or so to the "local" Vodafone store, so they could verify that my bank statements accurately proved my argument (they do). The store staff member put a note of supportive confirmation on my 'phone account - still nothing, save for "Oh yes, we see the notes and your payments - but we can't find the June payment on the system."
ME: But the store confirmed that my bank statement showed that the money will was taken, the bank gave me a transaction reference - it's...
VODAFONE: Yes it's shown as paid with that reference on your account.
ME: Good! Then please can you ref-
VODAFONE: ...but we can't locate it in our system...
