  • I have raised reference 10867692 can you please investigate. I am at the end of my tether with Vodafone and have reported this to BBC watchdog.

I've just filled in my form but it ran out of space.
    Ref 10868965

i'm not gonna rant yet as i'm worn out trying to get someone on the phone who has the authority to deal with the problem.
The highlight was when an call lady went off to speak to the supervisor, returned after 5 minutes and asked me to take my Samsung s4 to an Apple shop.
Great service for a 6 year business customer.

I spoke to customer services again not too long ago and they said the Samsung Galaxy S5 order had been cancelled, and re-ordered the HTC One M8 (this time for £18.75 a month for 1000 minutes, unlimited texts, and 3GB data - the further discount was because of the inconvenience caused). I was told on the phone that it had all gone through, and the phone was in stock, I've received a text with an order number but no email & when I tried to enter it into the order tracker it said the details were invalid? The text isn't like the one I got for the S5 order either - it has nothing about DPD getting in touch to arrange delivery. So I'm confused as to whether it has gone through or not... They also said they've got a new system for dealing with orders at the moment and have had a few teething problems.
  • If I am honest I would not hold out much hope that the issues will be resolved. I have hit a brick wall on numerous occasions and never got someone to actually try help with the problems I am still experiencing that have been ongoing since February. I have even emailed Jeroen Hoencamp directly and this resulted in one of the worst responses possible from the ELC team ignoring half of my issues and giving no real answers. Along with a very polite email that basically said there is no issue so Vodafone won't be doing anything. This is after they have already admitted issues on more than one occasion and offered resolutions that have never materialised. I think we should all just report it all to the ombudsman and hope that large fines will change their outlook on customer services or lack there of.

Just spoken to them again & they said the order has definitely gone through, and I can't view it on the order tracker yet because it's still being processed. But if everything isn't resolved by the end of this week I'm leaving.
  • I honestly feel like telling them where to stick their services. I am currently in contract till February so it isn't that simple unfortunately. To be fair I may as well though as I am paying for a service I cannot use anyway. Good luck with your order Fingers crossed.

Received texts today from Vodafone saying my phone would be delivered and then another one with a time slot. So fingers crossed it will actually arrive and this all gets sorted!

So I now have my new phone, and it has been activated (transfer on Red Box didn't work!). However I've downloaded the MyVodafone app and it says my next bill will be £52.33 and there have been no additional charges put on? Surely this isn't right, if my contract before 25% discount was added was £25 a month and they've given it to me for £18.75?
