    Yes I still require assistance with my request for a NUC Code. I've been trying since 23 April. The code sent doesn't work and I informed the NUC Resolutions team of this on 6 May and have not heard back since. Case Ref 10187635.

    I'm really sorry but I can't see how I send you a private e-mail and the forum system says I can't send you a private message.

    Thanks for your help and interest Silk but if I follow the link to the Vodafone Rep Page there is no e-mail link, only a box called "send private message" which doesn't work anyway. I'm sure I'm being an IT dwarf but I have looked and looked and cannot find an e-mail link anywhere. Is it a Windows 8 glitch!!

    Silk, mobilejunkie and DCFC79. Thank you for your help and patience. Silk - there was no need for that last comment. I can assure you the code doesn't work but I can understand your suspicions!!

    Copy the address in that box, paste it into your browser. You must put WRT135 - WRT in the heading.

    He explains what to do, re read the post Lee posted.

  • Hi Lee,

    Really need some help regarding my husband's phone. He has had no signal with Vodafone for over 2 weeks, he has visited the shop 3 times and after googling what could be wrong, it turns out his phone has been blacklisted ( all payments have been made). On the 2nd visit, the man emailed Vodafone, to tell them is was a mistake, my husband was told it would take 72 hours for it to connect again but it never did, que another trip to the shop where once again, another email was sent to someone, higher up the chain telling them to reconnect the phone. Over 72 hours and we are still waiting.

    As you can imaging he is absolutely furious at being left for so long without a phone, especially while Vodafone are happy to take his monthly payments.

    I really hope you can help us with this, I have emailed you.

    He asks you to copy and paste it in your browser ...to make it easy for you here is the active link http://www.vodafone.co.uk/contact-form/index.htm




    You then put WRT135 in the box as Lee instructs you
    to
    Quote MSE Forum in the question as he also instructs you to

    He then tells you to come back to this thread and quote the ref. number from the automated reply.


    To be honest I'm pondering whether the problem your having getting a NUC to work is user related ???

    Lee thanks for your help and the help of other forum users on here I have sent you an e-mail. The Reference number is WRT135 [#10359627]. The case which has been ongoing since 23 April is Ref No 10232833.
