  • Good evening Vodafone reps, Re: WRT135 [#10218840]

Hoping you may be able to assist with my quest to get a Network Unlock Code from yourselves.

I first requested on the 9th April and on the 10th recieved an email telling me you could not provide one the phone is already locked and suggesting I try another networks SIM. Tried another networks SIM (in fact 2) and nothing not recognised. My phone was supplied direct by Vodafone and I have now been told on several occassions they are always locked to your network.

10th April - rang explained the email that I'd tried other SIM's etc to your 191 number. Operative took notes and said he'd re-request NUC and update what I'd told him.

16th April - rang and spoke to Mahmoud for an update. It became clear from speaking to Mahmoud that the operator that took my call on the 10th had not bothered to action my request, thankfully Mahmound did - my thanks to him. He texted me to confirm the form had been completed and attached a NUC reference - 1745411

21st April - rang for an update and was told it can often take up to 10 days however in my case I would hear by the 24th April.

28th April - well past the 24th APril and 12 days since my request called for an update. Onthe first 2 occassions I was cut off from your operators (both time I'd been on the phone for nearly 15 minutes) - why after checking my number etc with me they either couldn't be bothered or didn't have the intelligence to ring back I don't know.

Anyway 3rd time lucky well not actually as I was now told its 10 working days not 10 days. Interesting point as your website quotes 10 days not working days so I'm starting to think I'm being fed a line. Anyway told I'd have it by the 30th - today, although the lady did send me a ful text update - interestingly it says my request status is still pending. The update also said Assigned to: Not Assigned and NUC Advisor: not Assigned - so I can't help but think that once again their might be a let down.

30th April - No sign of the NUC. Rang spoke to a lady by the name of Heba who has now sent the NUC Team an email.

So here we are first requested on the 9th April and on the 30th still waiting nothing.

So at the moment I am a Vodafone customer I was am interested to see what your renewals team can do for me (I am out of contract this month) and I want my current phone unlocking so my mum can have it once I get my nice shinny new phone (whatever that may be). At the moment this delay and lack of any solution / ownership of the issue is making me consider if I want to remain a voadafone customer.

So please vodafone rep can you try and get this sorted.

Can you please advise of a contact email for a complaints team who can deal with a long standing issue re mis selling, contract issues, failure to apply discounts and credits and an issue with an instore manager.

I need this prior to Ofcom involvement. Thanks

You just did. Your usual ludicrous rambling.
Thanks to Lee & his team I have received all the credits I asked for, including a refund of money already paid. You are obviously not as clever as you think you are. I suggest to anybody with Vodaphone problems they deal with Lee directly & ignore the unhelpful comments from such as yourself. UYP

And you've only just found that out? I ALWAYS advise people to go direct to the Web Relations Team. It's not rocket science to read just about any of the pages on this thread (and many others) to know that is the only way to go.

Could the Vodafone rep please help me?

I have written a couple of times now and spoken to a lady in collections at Vodafone to ask for my contract to be cancelled and the termination fee added to my final bill and sent out. This was almost two weeks ago and it still has not been sorted out. I think two weeks is ample time in anyone's book. Customer Service were not at all helpful last time I phoned do thought I would try here instead. Can the rep help please?

I have had a really strssful awful weekend, vodafone blocked and blacklisted my daughters phone for a week, by mistake they said, was told to call back once service was up and running, which i did, only to be told my name date of birth, address and postcode is wrong!!! Same ive used forever, but its wrong, cant go to store, its 30 miles away. Also ive given vodafone my new bank details 3 times, only to be told by my old bank they charging me for a direct debit, how many times do i have to give vodafone my new bank details before it sinks in? Also was told to call back to get money of next months bill due to the stress and having no service all week, but how can i? No one will talk to me, apparently i dont know who i am? So i refuse to pay anything at all as they have obviously got the wrong person here?

I may be being a bit thick but I can't find a link to enable me to contact Lee. Do I need to have something
    on my laptop enabled/switched off?
