I've tried the advice on 3216 but can't see a link. When we get to Lees's profile page the only option appears to be a send message box, but that just returns a message saying the vodaphone rep isn't taking private messages.
Am I missing something really obvious or should I be kept away from technology? Any help gratefully received but pleases try and keep it simple.0 -

That didn't work for me. I had to go the usual link on post 3216 and copy it from there into my browser to visit the page in question.
Don't forget to put "WRT135 - MSE" in the heading or it won't work.0 -

thanks hopefully you can help with my complaint. thanks0 -
Lee, I've sent you another email. I've had a reply from Ombudsman Services, and since it's 10 weeks and my complaint isn't resolved (and my phone still isn't fixed) they're happy to take on my complaint. I do need to let them know soon if this is necessary so would appreciate a swift reply.Murphy's No More Pies Club #209

Hi, is it still possible to get a complaint to Vodafone through this? They refuse to take complaints over the phone (someone told me yesterday there's no complains department; another said it wasn't his job to know why the official complaints procedure said phone or use live chat because you have to write to them) and live chat is always down.
It also took several hours for someone to finally relinquish my PAC code - so basically they took my money, gave me no way to make calls or texts and wouldn't let me leave. Or complain.
I can't see them actually resolving my complaint, but I'd like to be able to at least register it so I can get the Ombudsman ball rolling in 8 weeks' time!0 -
Help me Vodafone please. I have been trying to unlock my phone which is locked to your network since 23 April. I have finally been sent a NUC Code but it doesn't work. I have informed the NUC Resolutions team (over a week ago) but they have not replied. I have sent so many e-mails and spent so long on livechat and got nowhere. case Ref 10187635. I am at the end of my tether and have not been able to use my phone and my long-standing mobile number for 3 weeks now!!0

Lee can I get an update on this ongoing issue 10218840.
As you will be aware from post 3223 this issue of an unlock code has been dragging on since the 8th April.
The update you sent and I replied to on the 5th May got us nowhere except we now know:
1. your call center staff can't be trusted to do their jobs (I think we knew that anyway - hence the reason so many people take to this site to complain)
2. Hopefully now after submitting it for the fourth time (once online, twice via the call center and now a fourth to you) you have the right IMEA number and might be getting somewhere.
Just so everyone is up to-date on proceeding since post 3223 I got an email reply from Lee two days after my post on here stating he'd look into it.
On the 5th May I got another email from Lee quoting an IMEA number and telling me its not valid. Well you've guessed due to an "inputting" error at the third attempt of trying we;re still no where. So on the 5th MAY I supplied the correct number and asked for clarification on the error.
On the 8th May (YES IT REALLY HAS NOW BEEN 1 CALENDER MONTH SINCE I FIRST REQUEST MY CODE - BIT MORE THAN THE 10 DAY TURNAROUND VODAFONE QUOTE) Lee replied acknowledging the error and offered his apologies and offering to update me on progress of the NUC Resolutions Team.
Well by my calculation its been 7 days since you had the correct IMEA number so I think an update is really due. So if you don't mind Lee.
In addition and to save me the no doubt hassle I'll experience can you please also set the wheels in motion to get me my PAC code. As you're probably aware I'm now out of contract and unless you or others at Vodafone are prepared to make an offer that stacks up particularly in view of the problems I've had I'm off.0
