Hi Lee. I've received this email from you -
Hi Michelle,
Thanks for your email.
I've checked your account and can see that our Customer Relations team have resolved this with you earlier today.
Kind regards,
Lee
I'm afraid to say that this is NOT the case! I told the lady on the phone that I would be taking this further, and I intend to. Just because Vodafone have offered to give me £20 back, does not mean I won't take this further. I wasn't told that accepting meant I couldn't, so I still will. I am still owed £61.86 due to not receiving the service I paid for.
As Vodafone flat refuse to pay this back to me (apparently this is my fault for not sitting on the phone line to report it each time there was an outage, and having a newborn baby is no excuse not to phone you) I have no option but to go further with it.LBM February 2008. On Tuesday it will be 8 weeks, and if my complaint isn't resolved (I've lost faith in you, so I'm sure it won't be) I will be going to the Ombudsman. I've started writing my letter already.Murphy's No More Pies Club #209

Have an existing BT Business contract and we have upgraded to a new IPhone 6 moving from Vodafone to EE as of yesterday. Old phone on Vodafone now expired and new phone working for outgoing calls but no incoming calls or texts. Any ideas why this might be please? When we do 1471 it recognises the ported over phone number fine.0

I have not changed how I use my phone in any way yet this month I have recieved a £180 bill. My usual bill is £15 month! I went to Paris a couple of weeks ago and turned off data roaming and mobile data, this is in fact still turned off yet I have this MASSIVE bill!? When I look on my bill details the data usage is not itemised so I cannot check it. As soon as the new monthly allowance started I had already used 54mg in half a day despite me being at work and not touching my phone. Can anyone please advise me. I went into the local store and they were very unhelpful, just told me that I had used a lot of data that month. I have now turned my phone off as I am too scared of it racking up another huge bill that I cannot afford. I only turn it on now for a daily call to Vodafone who cannot help me as every time I call they tell me their system is down so they cannot look at my bill! Their live chat is never available either.0

I thought I would add a word of warning to any prospective Vodafone users.
I'm very unhappy and I'm a customer of less than a month. I have tried several times to get my free Spotify working and the gifts that were promised when I signed up to the contract but neither have been delivered. Worse still the staff consistently promise its sorted but clearly they just want to get you off the phone as quickly as possible.
I decided that I'd had enough and given Vodafone were not providing the services promised I asked to speak to the cancellation department. Instead I was hung up on.
I'm so unimpressed with Vodafone. I'm going to put my complaint in writing and request my PAC.Has anyone had success doing this?
I was happier with 3 than them.0 -
You will be charged for the full term I'm afraid. Welcome to Vodafone!0

Lee,
I have been getting calls from 01709 918627 stating they are calling from Vodafone, I remember I did have this problem before and having spoke to you the calls then stopped but I am getting them again every day.
I have raised a query for which the reference number is :
WRT135 [#10191522]
Please could you look into this and advise.
Thanks

I need help from the Vodaphone representative.
I was going to leave Vodaphone in November as I had found a better deal. I was put through to the retention department and they promised me a better deal over the phone (new phone at £13.25 a month until the contract ran out in 2016), I agreed. The first month or two the amounts taken from my account varied and I put this down to some overlap between the old and new contracts. They then proceeded to take double the amount (£26.50) from my bank account. I phoned Vodaphone in January and was promised a refund and the 50% discount I should have received was put in place and I should have no further problems. I am still being charged the full amount. I phoned again in April was told I could apply for a discount but I told them I already had one and the response from the woman at the call centre was bordering on rude. Dissatisfied with the response I sent complaint via email, the following day I had a text on my phone saying that they would phone me in 30 minutes which I didn't get as I can't have my phone on me at work. Vodaphone left an unintelligible message on voicemail. I tried to phone again asking for the person who had text me only to be told they didnt know which country she was in. I asked if she could phone me at work and gave them my work landline number and of course I have heard nothing.
I'm not asking for much, only what I was promised.0 -
