  • feeling everyone's pain on here....I'm still waiting since August to find out about a web order that couldn't be traced..."we don't have that order number"...Lee did sort it in as much as he could, but I never did find out what the "real" problem was....unfortunately 3 of us are on Vodafone....my daughter just did an upgrade to iphone...and guess what... 120 hours later...sim still not activated....
No two ways about this one: Anything Free is not a Basic Right..it had to be earned...by someone, somewhere

    Hi Sally

Yes, Lee sent me an email but it was the usual thing "looking into it, get back to you" hot air.

Nobody has got back to me .

The phones have been in their boxes for a couple of weeks now undisturbed and I thought yesterday that I'd turn them on just on the off chance the Sims had been activated. Nope.

It's truly pathetic. They have had a month now to activate a sim for one of the phones and send me a bag for the other phone to be returned. As stated earlier though, I'm not interested. Vodafone, Send me the return bags and you get your phones back, if not then so be it.

    Hi Leon

Yes, you're in same position as me, although I only have one phone I want to return.

It'll be a month tomorrow since all this started. I too tried to activate the sim the other day, but like you, nothing.

    Well, just received this!

    Hello

You've chosen to limit the amount you can spend on using data abroad for (it gives a mob number here). This means you can spend uo to 50 euros when you visit Euro zone.

We'll send you a text if you get close to your monthly limit, and another one if you reach it.

    When you reach your limit:

You won't be able to use any more data abroad for the rest of the calendar month, unless you turn off your data spending limit. Just text UNCAP to (no given) or change your settings in My Vodafone.

So, how the hell can they send this email with a mobile number, when I keep getting told they can't find my account number!!!

All, I ever get is a message on here, saying someone will be in touch as soon as possible.

It's coming up to 5 weeks now since this whole thing began. How I wish I'd never ordered that contract now.

    Hi Sally

In the time it has taken for Vodafone to NOT sort out my issues I have had a whole kitchen extension built and we're now on the final fix !

Still no contact from the directors office. They must be addressing more important things like putting up the Christmas decs.
