• Glad I've found this thread, hubby was with vodaphone, they never sent him bills, just took the direct debit every month, one month it was £64!!! He tried to find out why but when he rang, they put him through to the department who promptly hung up on him cos they'd gone home!
So he left, nightmare getting the PAC code, and finally they send a bill saying they owe him £24.
So we wait, no money, so he does live chat.
It's HIS fault he didn't get the refund as he cancelled the direct debit (?), but he'd have it in 3-5 working days.....11 days later we still don't have it.
The live chat man asked why he left vodaphone, hubby said cos you're the worst company I've ever dealt with, and your customer service is shocking, live chat mans reply? " ok, bye then" live chat ended.
Un be lievable. How can any company be THIS bad??
Never ever ever would I use or recommend vodaphone.

Lee,

I've responded to your email, and asked for a call - but no response.

Care to comment ?
• I have just logged on to my account to check usage and my previous bill. I was impressed with the new look of the website.

My issue is that Vodafone have changed my contract upgrade date, it was saying July 2015 but now says August 15!! I know its only a month but seems a little suspect. I'm disappointed with this as my phone is already starting to show its age through wear and tear.

-1 for Vodafone!

Hi all,

razar - I've chased up the call recording and I'll get back to you as soon as I can.

shopaholic2 - If your husband still needs help with his account, ask him to email me with his details via the link in our profile here.

All he'll need to do is copy and paste the link into his web browser and it'll take him to the Contact us form on our website. To make sure it reaches me, he'll also need to quote the code WRT135 - MSE in the subject line.

Once sent, he'll receive an automated reply with a reference number. Post back with this and I’ll check I've received it.

On Stanley on - If you'd like any help from me, email me via the contact details provided above.

Kind regards,

Lee

• I tried to upgrade my vodafone account online and this failed. I spoke to advisor who said was sorted. It wasn't spoke to second advisor who said it was sorted it wasn't. Spoke to a third advisor who said it would be sorted today it isn't.

Why do customer advisors feel they need to lie and not resolve the problem

Really not good enough customer service. I am a loyal customer who wants to stay with them but there seems to be an inability to help. No luck ringing or through chat support. Clearly some account issue but no one is telling me how to resolve. Will look to leave in Feb if not sorted quickly as don't like dishonest customer service.

• Hi,
I'm glad I've found this thread as I've had problems contacting Customer Support via phone and the Live Chat each evening. I don't get time (or am not in an environment where I can make timely phone calls) during the day

I've raised a request (8896280) via the link that you sent another user. Hope this is ok!

Thanks
Nick
• Can anyone help?
My Experian report is saying that I have been credit searched by vodaphone and am in arrears by £338.
I have never had a vodaphone account and it is obviously fraud. My credit score has nose dived and im trying to move house. Experian can't help I have to deal with vodaphone who is saying they cant find me on their system even though they sent a bill a few weeks ago to the correct name and address( which I annoyingly don't have)?

I would really like to help you with this one, as you've mentioned you have never had an account with vodafone, which has now had an impact to your credit report due to the arrears this account is in.

Please could you email me your details (name/dob/full address including postal code) so I would be able to take look at the conversations you have previously had with us regarding this matter and also be able to investigate the issue further.

I can see from this thread that the Vodafone company representative has also responded to a number of different comments, you also may want to contact them for further assistance.

Kind Regards
