Thanks Silk. I got a response in my email box and assumed it was from Lee. It turns out the Twitter team were looking at it however same story in that no response worth anything was sent back to me. I've sent the details to Lee with the correct subject heading.
Fingers crossed I get somewhere with vf otherwise it will be a new provider in the New Year for me0 -

What are we now, nearly 2 months on ?
Still no voicemail on 2 of the 3 family phones. Called twice to your merry go round call centre. Yep, you've guessed the outcome of all that time spent. Nothing.
Spent 3 days in Prague. Sim not authorised on my phone ????? Other 2 fine.
Oh. Still got your phone here that was sent in error but still no contact from Directors Office despite repeated promises.
Vodafone really do provide top notch customer service and I'm thoroughly delighted to have joined you. Not.0 -
Well just to keep everyone updated I got a phone call from Lee about 20 mins ago and he took tracking info from me, parcel number etc, i did ask him why it has taken VodaFone over 10 days to look into it and he says, he has no idea this was the first time he had heard anything about it , so the last 10 days i have spent on eforum/chats/phone calls/emails etc have been a complete waste of time, sometimes i wonder if they are just too big as it seems the left arm has no idea what the right arm is doing, well i have to give him a bit of time to look into it so that will mean my daughter will not get what see was expecting from crimbo, sure she will have a nice case for her G2 just sod all to put into it.

Hello,
I have had to write a letter of complaint today to Vodafone, having failed to get their online "chat" to work, or been able to get hold of anyone in customer services on the phone. Having enormous problems trying to top up. I cannot find a postal address to send the letter to and there isn't an email address either.
Vodafone rep, if you are out there, I tried to follow the link you posted to someone else's post but it didn't work.
Please help.

You need to put "WRT135 - MSE" in the heading or it won't and they can't contact you until it does.0

@joceri....might as well whistle in the wind...as far as I can see they ignore letters of complaint anyway...and don't expect anything to get sorted anytime soon.....I had a problem (created by Vodafone) on 21st August, in one aspect Lee from MSE sorted it (but I still have to find what the problem was....he's getting back to me on that one ... yawn ) but since then another family member has been totally given the run around by call centres, shop staff, VF eForums...you name it...I mean....how long can it take to authorise a sim?No two ways about this one: Anything Free is not a Basic Right..it had to be earned...by someone, somewhere0

Lee thanks for the response but it still isn't answering the original issues and subsequent problems caused by vf's mismanagement of my account. I've pinged back a reply, but I don't think Johnson's response is acceptable bearing in mind my patience, the inconvenience caused and my loyal custom over the years. Back to you I'm afraid0
