  • Ditto on porting, requested 23 Dec, told 29 Dec, didn't happen - now told 2 Jan. I have no faith, utter tosh of a company - it should take 24 hours.

    I've now given my IMEI to Vodafone 3 times. They really don't read emails before replying to them. :(
  • ah well in the interests of balance .. I've been with voda for years and years , never had a problem and few occasions needed to contact them they have been superb - The Rolls Royce of telecoms suppliers in my eyes.

  • Hi,
    I am tired of contacting customer services with no help and support available for their unnecessary bills but customer service will keep adding late payment charges for their own created bills.

    Customer services continuously threatening and harassment of suspension of your account and force you to pay those conflicted bills with their late payments as well even those bills were under complaint procedure.

    customer service is continuously telling lies of taking monthly payments and even forcing me to pay of those monthly payments twice but again showing bill after that by telling me that bill taken for conflicted amount which was already waived off.

    Never use or take any service with vodafone as it is full of fraud and cheats in customer service to charge you extra and create bills for you with late payments.

    Please help me as i am facing lot of harassment with no help or support available from vodafone.

    No wonder we're quickly becoming a third world country if they are the "Rolls Royce" of telecom providers. Won't be long then before we're a no-world country.

    Lee, I've been waiting for you to get back to me since 12/12/2004.
    I've still not received transcripts of my phone calls with you or any other letter or email regarding the ending of my contract with Vodaphone.
    I have a new sim and my number is porting over today, however I cannot find any information regarding an unlocking code from Vodaphone.
    Can you help me with this ASAP as it does appear that you're the only representative that Vodaphone has in the UK!
