Vodafone UK need to do as Vodafone AU did, bring customer care in-house and build out a SOLID 4G network... its not like Voda Group has not earned billions from its sell of Verizon to do so, if you cant take care of your home market and country whilst expanding and providing good service worldwide what's the point ?
I've seen Voda DIRECT retail staff & managers many times arguing with 191 customer service frequently to apply things to accounts to frustrating refusal.
Honestly there are enough single parents UK wide for minimal pay 16 hours a week for Voda to have exceptional customer care so they get their tax credits, cheaper than they hand cash out to third party customer care.
I'm embarrassed for Vodafone it is still the only BRITISH mobile telco left, you lead by example...SO... now England its the Scots turn to say dont leave the UK, stay in Europe with us in the UK, dont let the tories fool you like they did us with empty lies... You will be leaving the UK aswell as Europe0 -
As detailed above, I was promised a call Tuesday after contacting the directors office last Saturday to resolve my never ending saga.
It is now Wednesday evening at 7.00pm and I have heard nothing.
FOR THE ATTENTION OF VODAFONE REPS
My account number is 7008663218 and I was given a CS number from the directors office which is CS00017454706
That is now the end of the line for me. I have been treated appallingly at every level and have no intention of calling again in any vain attempt to give you my business.
This is what's going to happen.
I have told you time and time again about the two phones I have (as pictured above) . I wanted one to work and return the other but you have repeatedly failed this task.
As I no longer have any faith that this will EVER be sorted out I will return both of these phones. However, I will not be contacting you via any "customer service" phone numbers or calling the directors office, been there, got the T shirt. You will have to make contact with me, see account details above.
You will send me the required post paid bags. I will return the phones. Simple. If I do not hear from you in a reasonable time frame I will do with the phones as I see fit.

I too refuse to waste my time repeating myself over and over again and wasting time and money calling them.
I'm doing like you and waiting for them to contact me - and for when they try to collect their direct debit and find that they can't!
I bet they'll suddenly find my account number then!!
If not, I'll sell the phone!

Actually, they won't. They'll simply pass your details to a debt collector and trash your credit history - unless they failed to set up the contract at all, in which case you've spelt it out for them now that they should.0 -

Lee. No disrespect to you personally but I don't want anyone "coming back to me" anymore. I've been promised the " We'll come back to you " more times than I care to remember now.
