Hello Everyone
Thanks for the replies.
Yes, I've completed the form a few times now and also used the WRT135-MSE in my replies and also posted the reference numbers I was given in my threads above.
It doesn't seem to get me anywhere though!

Hi Silk
Thanks, I've just checked again and my email is there for anyone to see?
Yes I posted the reference numbers in the thread above that I was sent back.
Thanks
Sal
xI can't see an email address in your profile ???
When you send an email you will have been sent an automated reply with a ref. number if you quote the ref numbers of those replies Lee will be able to trace them0 -
I've no idea Silk what they're sending as nobody has told me and Vodaphone don't send you the actual details of your order, just an order number. The package just arrives. Now, wouldn't it be a good idea if that little problem could be rectified !
I actually have 4 SIMS ! For some godforsaken reason, enclosed with one of the phones were two nano sims. The Sony M2 does not take nano sims. What's that all about ?
As for my Orange numbers. Can you imagine the chaos if I'd tried porting them at the same time ! Lord above.
Anyway, Phil is now about 45 minutes away so we'll soon find out.
I know it means phoning "customer services" again, but please do this ASAP. I found out there was an extra SIM card that was unaccounted for on my account for three years! I have been getting charged monthly for a number I haven't even been using, heck I didn't even have the sim! So pleased you posted this because it kinda backs up what I've been suspecting. Vodafone have the audacity to add to my account without permission and then send it to debt collectors when I dispute what I owe! They're a pack of highwaymen!0 -

Nope there's no email address there, although there is a link to your blog. If you mean send a private message to you then you will find company rep's are unable to use the PM facility
As for the ref numbers you quoted, none seem to be the ref. number in the automated reply which you will have had when you send a WRT135-MSE ,which Lee will be able to use to trace you. It's not just about the money0 -
Morning Silk
Thanks again.

Yup exactly the same situation here - SYSTEMATIC THEFT BY THE VODAFONE ILLUMINATI CRIMINALS,
Those F1 sponsorships don't come cheap don't you know, neither does a weekend at Bernie's... I've heard those SS officer uniforms cost a fortune to hire and god forbid if they're returned with any stains. :beer:0 -
I signed up 15 months ago including the free entertainment pack which I selected Spotify. Every month since I have been charged £9.99, and have had to phone them to get the charges taken off. Every month they tell me to uninstall the app and reinstall to fix the issue. Guess what the following month it appears on my bill again. So Fed up arguing with them each month I want to cancel, now they are telling me if I want to cancel they will charge me a £700 cancellation fee, for their incompetence. Shocking, will never use them again and will spend all my time reporting their incompetance on every site I can find.0

Just putting this here for future reference just in case.
Took two phones into Vodaphone Wells branch on Friday to try and sort my whole sorry mess out. Both phones SIMS NOT PROVISIONED. This has gone on for weeks. All I want is one of them to work and return the other.
Left copies of paperwork, sim numbers, IMEI numbers with a guy called RHYS who outwardly seemed very helpful. Systems were down (sounds familiar !) and promised a call back later (sounds familiar !) in the day. Gave me another SIM that would activate one of the phones.
Did I get a call later ? NO. Can I call the branch in Wells to see what's happening ?. NO
That's it. I give up. I'm going to try and return these phones. If they try and give me the run around on this and make it difficult I'll use Livechat as evidence in case it's needed later.0 -
Well I've just had an email sent to me by someone at Vodafone called Darshit Soni.
This person said, yet again, that they can't trace the account that they set up for me and would I forward them the original email that I got when I ordered the phone. (Obviously, they can find my email address, after saying they couldn't see it!!)
This I did, (again), and the email comes bouncing back saying, "We don't use this email address anymore!"
What on earth do I do. I just cannot afford to waste any more time with these losers.
