Lee, between this and the thoroughly sniffy attitude of @VodafoneHelp on Twitter I am getting thoroughly !!!!ed off. Can you have the decency to message me directly and stop the mucking about with over complicated requests to message you?
Is there not a direct message option on this site? There I can give you an email or number.0 -
i imagine the defensive attitude from Vodafone Help and customer complaints representatives comes from years of abuse and unreasonable requests.
This in my opinion is not an unreasonable request, here is the problem simplified.
My iPhone 5 has a faulty battery. I'd expect this simple job of replacing the battery to be taken care of by Vodafone. Especially as I have a year of my contract left.
As requested by Vodafone, I am not willing to pay £190 for this. You CAN fix this but simply WON'T.
No disrespect to you Lee as you seem a decent dude. I just want someone to take responsibility for this.0 -
Posted a complaint on mentioned website Ref. details Re: WRT135 - MSE [#8284863], Can a Vodafone rep. please confirm?0

I believe PMs are disabled for official company reps so there isn't a way on MSE to contact them except via the public forum.
As you won't be wanting to put your private info in a public place (which would get deleted anyway), the best bet is to (re)send the email and then update here with your reference number for Lee to pick up with you. Most of the time it seems like the WRT are the only ones who do anything to help!0
