Hi Lee, thanks again for your help with the VEA. I received an email today confirming that it had been applied to the relevant account.
Lee I have said this before Vodafone I hope realise how valuable an employee you are!!!
In my opinion you are the only one @ Vodafone who actually deals with the customer issue and brings it to a mutually satisfactory conclusion. Thanks again Lee well done and keep up the excellent work .

Hi Lee/ Vodafone,
How would I go about complaining about a store?
I went in on 19/9 as my iPhone 5 wasn't holding charge and I wanted to get it repaired. Rather then process that, your salesman said that it would take 3-4 weeks to get the phone sent, repaired & returned & really as it was the 5 and not 5s or 5c, it wasn't worth repairing and would be costly.
That accepted he said I was in the upgrade period of my contract ( we have 4 lines so wasn't aware of this) it would be easier, QUICKER, to upgrade to the iPhone 6. I queried the waiting time and was told no more than one week, I asked him could he assure me of that and he said yes. He said that there had been a communication to ALL stores that the 64GB & 128GB, all variants were on one week back order. I heard this communication to three other customers in the store.
I said I would only take a new contract if they could assure me that I wouldn't wait longer than 2 weeks. He said that I could come back in and cancel if I hadn't received my new iPhone in two weeks, so, new contract agreed to, phone ordered and delivery estimate of 25/9 to 2/10.
This date has come and gone and still my order tracker is on status 2, order accepted.
Whilst I fully accept your are reliant of manufacturer providing you with stock, I don't feel I was adequately told about the delays, this information was incorrect, I only ordered a new phone as I was told it was quicker than repairing. We don't have s Genius Bar close to take it to to get a repair actioned there.
When I went back to the store, they said they acted properly, the info has come from head office and, actually, I only had 1hr to cancel my order, so tough luck.
I'm now a week over my delivery date, I was told yesterday by Vodafone online that the delay was due to a hijack and I would now be waiting 4 weeks.
I really do appreciate your position but i don't feel the service I've received is very good. I was basically laughed at for believing I would get an iPhone in a week. The staff fully admit that they told customers the week wait tag line but say that's what they were told by HO even though they thought it was incorrect?!
I realise that there are thousands in the same boat right now and fully understand but what I'm most peeved about is being lied to about the repair vs new phone debacle, which I feel was to gain a sale rather than repair order.
Realise that I can't get a phone via Vodafone anytime soon but I would just like to note my concerns on the selling of your contracts. I probably would've cancelled knowing what I know now. I realise I can't now.....£2 Coin Savers Club (Christmas)- £86£1 Jar (Christmas)- £29Christmas Vouchers Saved: £1450 -
