Hi MissyKay and choccybikkie,
I'm sorry to see that you're not having the best of times with us at the moment.
For some reason your emails haven't come through to me.
Could you either re-send them or update the thread with your email reference numbers?
Kind regards,
Lee

Please could someone from vodafone contact me or tell me how to get the following actioned (without being pinged around several continents!!!).
I'm out of contract and intend to leave asap (waiting for a good deal / new phones to be released) because the signal I receive is shocking. I've had a PAC code but it has just expired.
Yesterday I was in central london (home is yorkshire) and I sent 4/5 texts during the course of the day. Several people (on different networks) sent me texts and tried to ring me, I got nothing.
Phoned to complain, got through to india, they couldn't help me so asked to raise a complaint. They transferred me to someone in Capetown South Africa, all they could do was log a complaint and transfer me again.
I needed to get on a train so asked them to arrange for a PAC code on my behalf with the other department, she agreed. I also asked for a written explanation as to why the service was again so poor / non-existent. Finally I asked for a credit / refund, don't see why I should pay for no service. I was told I would get a PAC code via text and email.
Obviously I've not had the PAC via text or email and I can't face another round of being transferred across the world to half a dozen different departments.

Lee, thanks for resolving, you were very efficient. I obviously can't say the same about the vodafone 2G / 3G in the multiple places around the country I need to use a mobile phone!0 -
My 2 year contract with Vodafone is coming to an end and I'm in the window period to migrate. I've decided to move onto a 30 day rolling contract with Vodafone. I've tried 191 4 times and online chat twice. Each time Vodafone haven't listened and tried to put me onto a new 12 month contract or transferred me to customer service who can't help.0

THAT and this thread should tell you something...!0

Was very disappointed today to attempt to pre order the S5 to find there are literally no existing customer offers available. It is the first time I have experienced this from Vodafone. The retentions staff although helpful basically didn't even feel the need to check the deals as apparently were told there isn't any.
Interesting enough you can get £120 cash back on any contract £21+ with Vodafone via Quidco if you are a new customer but I couldn't get anything at all. That works out a £10 discount per month on a 12 month contract but no offer for existing customers. I would expect that an existing customer should be offered the £120 and a little extra to show their loyalty is worth something! O2 went like this before, seems like Vodafone is following them. Again, very disappointed.0
