Vodafone complaints

I have just received my first bill of my new contract and have been charged almost double my agreed contract price. I have checked my bill and have not used any additional minutes, texts or data, I am well within my limit.
I had real problems a few weeks ago when this contract was first set up and posted about it here and Lee was able to sort it out for me. Can someone please look into this for me? I just don't understand the extra charges here
Thank you0 -
Hi 5stardan,
Thanks for making me aware of this.
So I can help you further with things, could you email me as per the contact details provided in post 2412 last week?
Kind regards,
Lee

Lee: Don't make me laugh (but not in a good way)
I am Not at all reassured everything is being done to resolve the situation as fast as possible.
I have now been without any 4G service at my home for 121 days.
If that is Vodafone doing everything possible I would hate to see your service when you weren't bothering.
All I get is "customer service" reps parroting the same unhelpful phrases.
This is both awful network service and awful customer service.
My advice - avoid Vodafone 4g.0 -
Ok, really not impressed with Vodafone's so called 'Customer service' so far. Having been with O2 for a while now and having had no issues whatsoever, we moved our contracts (two of them) to Vodafone last month, the only reason for doing so was that I know someone there who could get me a friends and family discount of 30%.
Both of us (my wife and I) got confirmation emails a week or so later that the discount had been applied and would start straight away. Mine was applied, but we've recently found out my wife's wasn't. CS were shocking in 'helping' us, so I've gone back to my original contact who's reapplied the discount and once again the confirmation has come through.
However, the discount is now only being applied from today's date, meaning we've lost out on around £20. Now, granted we're going to get a good discount for the remainder of the contracts but it's the principle of the matter here. We got an email confirmation from Vodafone that the discount had been applied and it wasn't, and absolutely nobody in CS is interested in sorting this out whatsoever. Apparently it's 'not their department' and therefore they can't do anything about it. So far it's been a very poor experience with Vodafone, judging by this forum I don't expect it to get any better unfortunately.
I'll look through the thread but is there a direct complaints email we can use? 24/7 chat and telephone CS is appalling, it seems my only other option is to actually write a letter?0 -
This thread makes it clear (repeatedly) how to deal with problems.0

On one hand it does but nobody from Vodafone has personally told me to contact them using the method repeated over the past few pages in this thread. Hence me asking for an actual complaints email address. However I apologise if somewhere buried within the 120+ pages lies the answer to my actual query.
Can you provide me with what I'm looking for?0 -
Why do you need a "personal invitation"? An email complaints address will get you no-where. Or maybe we should all write on here for the hundredth time the SAME information to save you the trouble of reading what is already on THIS page.0

Crikey, you're a happy chappy aren't you?
Do you need a squeeze?0
