Hi 5stardan,
I'm sorry to read about the difficulties you've experienced here.
Unfortunately, I've been unable to trace your details from the reference you've quoted.
As such, could you email me with your details via the link in our profile here?
All you need to do is copy and paste the link into your web browser and it'll take you to the Contact us form on our website. To make sure it reaches me could you also quote the code WRT135 - MSE in the subject line?
Once sent you'll receive an automated reply with a reference number. So I can make sure I've got it could you update the thread with this and I'll get back to you as soon as possible?
Kind regards,
Lee

can customer service get any worse with Vodafone , I purchased a z1 tablet in November online with them and then neatly wrapped it and put it away for Christmas , my gf on opening it xmas day found only 3/4 of the screen working . after contacting Vodafone I was sent to my local store for confirmation it wasn't working ??? and the store manager asked why had I brought it in. cutting a long story short its now been sent back to Vodafone and from Vodafone to sony without 1 person out of all those ive contacted having the decency to offer me a replacement or being able to give me timescale as to how long it would be before its returned, oh and just to top it all ive been told today I should be thankful the repairs free and just how quickly do I expect it repaired ( the point it I don't want it repaired I want a new one like my gf should have seen on opening it xmas day0

Hello, I have recently joined Vodafone and have a new phone number. In a space of a week I have had 3/4 texts for a minicredit, asking me if I am unsure if I quality for a refund of PPI, that sort of thing.
Now the only way these people have my number could possibly be through Vodafone - and I don't want them. How do I stop it please? Thanks.0 -
Hi,
I ordered a samsung s3 mini for my Mam for Christmas off the Vodafone.ie site. It was just a few days before xmas so I knew it would not be there for Christmas but was expecting that it would be delivered the following week.
A week came and went and there was no sign of the phone so I rang customer service. I was told that due to the Christmas rush it was taking a bit longer to send the upgraded phone but it should be delivered by the end of the week.
Another week came and went to I called again. This time I was told that "I had left out some information" on the order form and therefore, my order had been cancellled. I found this a bit strange as my transaction would not have gone through if i had not filled the order form in correctly. They also said that no money had been taken from my account. ......Also a lie, as when I looked at my bank statement the price of the phone had been taken out of my account.
Now the phone has gone up in price by over 20euro and the are refusing to sell me the phone for the price I had ordered it for, even though they have my money already. The only option is that they will refund my money , within 30 DAYS, and then I will have to pay the extra 20euro if i want the phone.
Is there any consumer rights against this awful treatment, or anything in general I can do? I think it is such an outrage as I have the order form stating that they deducted my money and if I had not rang, I would still be waiting for a phone to arrive as they send me no email stating the order had been cancelled.
Thanks!:)0 -

Don't want to point out the obvious- why are you considering giving them money when the service you are getting isn't making you happy?
If it's a coverage issue use Asda mobile as they use Vodafone network, but the customer service is leaps and bounds over VFbaldly going on...0
