Lee. I have done as you asked. I would also mention that:
1: I did this on Saturday and got nothing.
2: I am still waiting for the Supervisors call-back, promised to be within 48 hours from Friday, and
3: I am still waiting for Matthew from Customer Relations to call me - a call was promised between 1700 and 1800 on Friday.
I spoke with a young lady from a Directors office (?) on Saturday but, at the end of the day, Vodafone are still refusing to issue me with a NUC code or returns bag.
Please don't this personally but I have no faith in Vodafone and would like to thank you all for ruining Christmas for the person to whom I gave my old iPhone 4s!!0 -

Hello Lee. I hope you enjoyed your Christmas. My problem has been solved by emailing your CEO direct; its a shame that your company wont deal with customers in a satisfactory manner without having to go to such lengths!
I wont be needing your assistance in the future. In the absence of Vf having decent customer service (with the obvious exception of yourself, I hope) or a Retentions Department I should be a customer of a rival company by the end of next week, together with the rest of my family.
I hope you have an enjoyable 2014.

its been 5 weeks since i not getting any 3G signal calls dropping and getting no network issues i spoken vodafone all ways there answer is we aware and working on it i been loyal customer for 15yrs once my contract is up i moving:mad:0

I filled one theses forms on voda eforum with same code got a reply after couple of days. That you aware of issue in my area and doing your best to fix it in mean time i should use 2G

Hi Lee,
I have emailed you regarding the long term problem I have been having with Vodafone. I'm hoping this case can be resolved as I have had enough of calling/visiting store/e chatting/emailing Vodafone wasting hours of my life trying to resolve my problem with no real end or support
