Having a business account for years with Vodafon ebut the last few years they have totally gone downhill to the point we are changing but who to change too?
Lee, can you tell me why our account manager changes every week? and why no i don't even get a reply to my emails so i phone up, to be asked a security question 'who is your account manager' i wish i knew!!0 -

They took money out early... then completely failed to correctly check data protection on one of the 3 calls i made that day trying to speak to someone for an explanation! Currently being investigated by the customer relations manager it's that serious.
Drawing up an invoice for 3+ hours of phone calls to a 0870 number (as we no longer have the vodafone SIM card), another nearly an hour on the phone to the bank and the other company that's bill bounced because vodafone took the money out early, (which the bank messed up so spent most of this time making ANOTHER complaint)
So 4 and a half hours worth of what I'd usually be paid for my time at work. (including notes and working out all of this)
3 of the hours of my time were on my partners precious day off which we missed out on taking our 6 month old son out... not happy. Useless service. Glad he's leaving. Expecting a callback by 9pm tomorrow...0 -

You think? Amazes me how gullible people can be...
The "investigation" will be the usual non-event. It's an excuse to get rid of you for a few days. Standard Vodafone operating procedure.0 -

That's okay Lee, now that I didn't get a callback and fobbed off a few times, I emailed Mr Hoencamp, one of the MD's got back to me today (less than 48 hours after the email was sent) and i've had my £100+ worth of calls refunded, and admittance of Vodafone not doing data protection properly...0
