Now in May i have been overcharged for 4 months for data charges that i have accrued.
This makes no sense really because you are charged on a monthly basis.
Problem is i dont use the phone during the working day as i work in a secure environment.
So, during 4 months you have never left this 'secure environment' (whatever it means)?

Their so called 'CS' is a disaster, but the 'facts' that you posted give you no grounds for calling them 'robbers'.

see why your called grumbler. The point is i never use the internet and was being charged for it. i was told that the phone was connected to the internet all day. Vodafone will only pay half the money back!!

Well, it is your phone that was connected. Why do you blame Vodafone for this and call them 'robbers' then? You have to be grateful that they do you a favour and refund the half.

It is you who has to be careful. Many phones by default don't require any special actions for connecting to the internet and do it routinely unless the owner disables this. And it is the owner's responsibility to do this.

I speak as a victorious Vodafone customer.
Contact their directors office and you are assured to talk to someone reasonable who can actually make decisions!!

Oh and my 360 M1 was doing what omuman's phone is/was doing... Simply looking through my contact list/phone numbers was getting me internet charges because it was hooked into some vodafone 360 network... In order to turn it off i had to not login at the login screen that was presented at startup and choose 'login as another user' then hidden on that page was 'phone only mode'
which strangely still allowed internet access just didnt connect at every excuse it could to charge for nothing..

    - perhaps its because im scottish but i immediately noticed the wierd charges on the first month and asked for it to be disabled :)

    Hi guys,

I can see from this thread that a couple of you have some ongoing issues that I would like to help with. Specifically Omuman, Sealady and Poostriana.

So that I can look into each issue personally, can you drop me an email to webrelations@vodafone.com with WRT135 (FAO Heidi) in the subject and a link to this thread.

It's really disappointing to hear how you feel about us as a company and is certainly not how we want our customers to feel, so I would like to help get these issues resolved for you.

    Many thanks,

    Hi Heidi

Just to let you know have had another unsuccessful response from the webteam. If only they would read email properly as it's very self explanatory and not rocket science.
