surely we cant judge until everything is back to normal? My audiobook, in a citylink depot since 13th December arrived today - DD1 was delighted (it's in French!).
I'm just glad the snow has gone and I don't have the water problems they have in Northern Ireland!:jFlylady and proud of it:j0

Postie has been and yep my item hasn't arrived
I certainly wont be renewing if they continue sending first class0

Yep they sent the book just first class...
Also, still haven't got back to me on my e-mail... I'm going to be returning everything to them and make them pay for all the posting for late delivery.. just to prove a point now!!0

I'm waiting on City Link to deliver my laptop - I signed up for the Amazon Prime free trial. City Link's website says delivery by 17:30 today, I've been home all day waiting for it, now I don't know whether to stick or wait another hour before going out.
My heart sank when I saw it was City Link, I've not had a single satisfactory delivery from them.0

I am actually disgusted in Amazon's service, I ordered 3 things yesterday all were due for delivery today. Two items were suppose to come Royal Mail Special delivery and one was suppose to come by City link. Only one item arrived this morning and that was by Royal mail. Every time I go onto Citylink to track my parcel this is what comes up "These goods have been scanned at the collection Depot and are now on route to the delivery Depot"
I thought I was the only one who was experiencing delivery problems today
Amazon has refunded me the delivery cost but that isn't the point

The tracking may be on the email you received not on your account when you log in.
I ordered something yesterday which was sent by RM special delivery so suppose to arrive today. The SD tracking number was in the dispatch email but no tracking no was available on my account when I logged in.
Unfortunately the parcel hasn't arrived so I've put in my second complaint this week to Amazon. I will be phoning them tomorrow to get my delivery costs refunded.
I wish Amazon wouldn't lie about it's delivery dates as it's clear even in the SE where the snow melted quickly they cannot fulfil them.I'm not cynical I'm realistic

Maybe it's just their latest ploy to get even more people onto Kindle - no delivery times with instant download e-books!0

Add me to the list of people who won't be renewing their Prime membership.
I ordered a HDD over the Christmas period (knowing full well that it wouldn't be dispatched until Wednesday 29th December).
The delivery option was clearly shown as being next day (from posting).
No tracking details on the Amazon site, so I assume it will be 1st class, which even RM themselves state is not a guaranteed next day service.
Did it come yesterday? No. How about today? Nope. (postie has just been)FREE One-Day Delivery : get it on Thursday, December 30
After today it will be no use to me, so delivery will be refused and it will be going back to Amazon for them to pick up the delivery charges and give me a full refund.0

I've been trying to get Amazon to confirm they'll be going back to special delivery now the Royal Mail guarantee is back. I feel like I'm going round in circles, their email responses make no sense. Not helping them.
I don't think I'll continue prime if it stays like this. There's no point when its just as hit and miss as the free delivery. They've had an insane amount of money out of me in the last two years, because with prime I was prepared to pay more at amazon since I knew it would come the next day.0
